ARC Raiders splits progression across three color-coded skill trees: Conditioning (green), Mobility (yellow), and Survival (red). There are 45 unique nodes in total—15 per tree. Most minor perks have up to five upgrade ranks, while major nodes are single-rank unlocks gated behind point thresholds. You can freely distribute points across trees, but higher tiers demand investment in that specific branch.
How skill points and unlocks work
- Most skills: up to 5 ranks; majors: 1 rank.
- Tier gates: key mid‑tier skills require 15 points in that tree; capstones require 36 points in that tree plus specific prerequisites.
- Total skills: 45 (evenly split across the three trees).
- Level cap: 75, so you can’t max every node—plan a route to the 36‑point capstones you value most.

How to plan your build
Start by deciding which capstone you want first—capstones require 36 points in a single tree plus specific nodes, so a straight path with minimal detours gets you there faster. Conditioning keeps you in the fight when things go wrong, Mobility stretches your stamina and traversal options, and Survival leans into looting, carry capacity, and mid‑run crafting. With 75 total levels, you can reach a capstone in one tree and still take high‑impact minors from the others, but you won’t be able to max everything.
