Arc Raiders’ Supply Call Stations are easy to miss until you know exactly what to look for. They’re fixed points scattered across each map and they’re essential for the A Better Use quest: you need to trigger a supply call, follow the flare, and loot the drop. Here’s how they work and where to find reliable stations on Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City.

What Supply Call Stations look like on the map

  • Visual cue in the world: a tall, thin antenna with a small console at the base, usually with a flashing light on top.
  • Map behavior: the station’s icon reveals when you get close; it appears as an antenna marker once you’re in range.
  • They’re permanent locations, not random spawns, across the game’s maps.

Once you’re within proximity, the antenna icon helps lock the exact spot. If you’re scanning from a distance, look for the tower’s beacon and the slim pole silhouette against the skyline.

How to call a Supply Drop (A Better Use quest)

  1. Reach a Supply Call Station and interact with the console (default E on PC).
  2. Watch for the flare that launches from the station and track its arc until it pops in the sky.
  3. Head toward the flare’s direction. A pod suspended under a balloon will descend and land nearby.
  4. Breach the tube-like pod and loot the crate.

Other players can reach the balloon first and take the supplies, and the opening sequence is loud enough to draw attention. Plan your approach and keep watch while you breach and loot.

For A Better Use, the objective is simply to request and loot a Supply Drop. Completing it grants early attachments: Extended Light Mag I, Compensator I, and Stable Stock I.

Supply Call Station locations (Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City)

Map Location detail
Dam Battlegrounds South of Water Treatment Control
Dam Battlegrounds Two stations south of Loading Bay
Dam Battlegrounds East of Control Tower, near the Leaper
Dam Battlegrounds Jungle area between Small Creek and Testing Annex
Dam Battlegrounds Near the Raider cache west of Red Lakes
Dam Battlegrounds Hydroponic Dome Complex (two stations; one reliable pick is near the center)
Dam Battlegrounds Power Generation complex (two total): one in Power Control south of the Underpass, one inside the complex
Buried City West Village, southern complex with yellow markers
Buried City Center of the map beside the highway, on top of a building
Buried City Eastern side, near the buried buildings
Buried City South of New District, near Security
Buried City Guardiosa Apartments (south side of the map): ride the interior zipline, then stairs to the roof

These towers are static, but they won’t broadcast themselves from across the zone. Sweep likely hotspots, then rely on the antenna icon once you’re within range. On Dam Battlegrounds, the Hydroponic Dome Complex is a dependable pick if you can slip through enemies quickly, trigger the station, and move.

What Supply Drops contain and what to expect

  • Typical loot includes ammo (Light, Medium, Heavy, Shotgun), bandages, shield rechargers, and grenades.
  • The drop sequence is noisy and the balloon is visible, so assume nearby players will notice.
  • The pod resembles a large tube; breach to open before looting.

If you’re low on supplies mid-raid, a nearby station is a fast reset—just be ready to relocate the moment the tube opens.

If you’re still hunting for your first call-in, start with the Power Generation complex and Hydroponic Dome Complex on Dam Battlegrounds, or the Guardiosa Apartments roof in Buried City. Trigger, track the flare, breach, and leave—efficient runs finish the quest and set you up with useful early attachments.
