How to redeem codes
Step 1: Start Roblox and join the DEEP experience, then wait until your character loads on the island.
Step 2: Look at the left side of the screen and click the Store or shop icon to open the in-game shop menu.
Step 3: In the shop window, select the “Redeem A Code” button to bring up the redemption text box.
Step 4: Carefully type or paste one active code into the box, matching the capitalization exactly and avoiding extra spaces.
Step 5: Press the “CLAIM” or “Claim” button; if the code is valid and unused, the Cash reward is added to your balance immediately.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired and is no longer accepted in DEEP.
- There is a typo, missing character, or extra space; codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
- The code was already redeemed once on your Roblox account; most DEEP codes are single-use per account.
- The game session is out of date or desynced; close DEEP, reopen it, and try redeeming the code again.
