Launch livestream codes and timing

DNARELEASE, DNAFREEPLAY, and DNA1028 were issued for the global launch program and are redeemable only until November 4, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+8). These must be entered in‑game; there is no separate web redemption page for them.

How to redeem Duet Night Abyss codes (in‑game)

  1. Open the Profile interface from the top‑left of the main screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Miscellaneous (or Miscellaneous Settings).
  4. In the Redemption Code section, press Consume.
  5. Enter a code exactly as shown and confirm.
  6. Open Mail to claim the rewards.

Note: Rewards are delivered via in‑game Mail after a successful redemption.

Is there a Duet Night Abyss redeem site?

No. Code redemption is currently available only inside the game’s Settings under Miscellaneous. A web redemption page has not been provided.

Why a code might not work

  • Expired: Event and livestream codes end on the stated date and time (for launch codes, Nov 4, 2025 at 23:59 UTC+8).
  • Region or server restrictions: Some coupons may be limited to specific servers. Check the server shown on your login screen.
  • Already used: Each code can typically be redeemed once per account.
  • Global redemption cap: Certain promotions close after a claim limit is reached.
  • Temporary server issues: If redemption fails around updates or maintenance, try again later or use in‑game support with a screenshot of the error.

Use the time‑limited launch codes first, then clear the permanent ones to stockpile Phoxene, Coin, and core upgrade materials.
