The Arcade Event in Escape Tsunami for Brainrots is a limited-time event that appears randomly every hour and lasts up to 10 minutes. During the event, the entire map transforms with a retro arcade aesthetic, and players can collect two types of currency—Arcade Tokens and Arcade Tickets—to unlock exclusive rewards including Brainrots with the Gamer mutation, special skins, and access to fusion machines.
How the Arcade Event Works
The Arcade Event has no fixed schedule. It triggers randomly once per hour and remains active for up to 10 minutes. When the event starts, the map visuals shift to an arcade theme, and a new zone called Arcade World appears between the Epic and Legendary zones. This zone and the secret room inside it only exist during the event—once the event ends, they disappear completely.
You can check the main menu or in-game announcements to confirm whether the event is currently live. If you miss the window, you'll need to wait for the next random spawn.
Collecting Arcade Tokens
Arcade Tokens are the primary currency for the Arcade Event. They drop as arcade controllers across all zones during the event. Walk over a controller to collect one token. You need 20 Arcade Tokens to spin the Arcade Event wheel once.
The Arcade Spin wheel offers the following rewards:
- Random Cosmic with a random mutation – 59.5% chance
- Random Secret with a random mutation – 33.1% chance
- Random Celestial with a random mutation – 6.0% chance
- Gamer Lucky Block – 0.6% chance
- Wave Shield – 0.6% chance
- Gamer Bat – 0.1% chance
The Arcade Spin wheel remains available after the event ends, so you can collect tokens during the event and use them later. Focus on gathering as many tokens as possible while the event is active.
Finding and Using Arcade Tickets
Arcade Tickets are rarer than tokens and drop randomly across all zones during the event. They look different from regular coins and Brainrots. Walk over a ticket to collect it automatically. You need exactly 3 Arcade Tickets to use the golden arcade machine in the secret room.
Step 1: Wait for the Arcade Event to go live. The secret room and Arcade World zone do not exist outside the event.
Step 2: Progress through the zones until you reach the Arcade World zone, which appears after the Epic zone.
Step 3: When you reach the safe pit between zones, look to your left. You'll see a cave entrance on the left side of the pit.
Step 4: Walk into the cave to enter the secret Arcade Room.
Inside the secret room, you'll find lucky blocks of various rarities and a golden arcade machine. Walk up to the machine and interact with it (press E or click). The machine will take your 3 tickets and give you rewards, which may include Money Lucky Blocks, the Gamer Base skin, or other event-exclusive items.
Arcade Machine Locations
Two arcade machines are available during the Arcade Event. The first is located in the Legendary zone and allows you to fuse 3 Brainrots into one. The second is the golden arcade machine inside the secret room between the Epic and Legendary zones, where you redeem Arcade Tickets for rewards.
Maximizing Event Rewards
Tickets appear randomly in zones, so you may need to complete several runs to collect enough. Keep playing and watch for ticket items on the ground. The cave entrance to the secret room is easy to miss if you're rushing—take your time and scan the left side of the safe pit carefully.
The lucky blocks inside the secret room can spawn high-rarity Brainrots. Collect these and place them in your base to increase your passive income. Opening mythical lucky blocks can yield creatures worth billions, so prioritize event lucky blocks when they're available.
