Blue Lock Rivals now turns Bachira’s Neo Egoist League era into something you have to earn. NEL Bachira is no longer a standalone spin; it’s an evolution of the base Bachira Style that you unlock by grinding specific quests.
Here’s how the whole process works, from getting Bachira in the first place to finishing every requirement for his NEL evolution.
Get the Bachira Style first
You can’t evolve into NEL Bachira without owning the regular Bachira Style in at least one slot.
| Method | Where | Approximate odds | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Default spins | Style spin menu | 7% for Legendary tier | Use standard spins; low but steady chance to hit Bachira as a Legendary. |
| Lucky Spins | Lucky Spin tab | 91% for Legendary tier | Prioritize these if possible; much higher chance to land Bachira. |
Before spinning, set Bachira as your preferred Legendary in the spin UI so the system “aims” for him when it does land on a Legendary. Then burn through your spins until you secure the Style.
Tip: If you’re short on Lucky Spins, redeem any current Blue Lock Rivals codes first to top up your spin balance.
How Bachira’s evolution to NEL works
Once you own Bachira, NEL Bachira stops being a separate prize and becomes an evolution. The game tracks special Bachira-only stats and turns them into XP for the evolution. Reach 100 XP, and Bachira in that slot permanently evolves into NEL Bachira.
Progress and claiming both run through a single hub NPC in the lobby.
| Step | Action | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Equip Bachira as your active Style. | Only matches played with Bachira equipped count for evolution quests. |
| 2 | Walk to the Quest section in the center of the lobby. | This is the evolution and quest hub for Styles. |
| 3 | Talk to the Egoist NPC and open the Bachira evolution quest list. | Shows all Bachira-specific tasks and their XP values. |
| 4 | Play matches and complete the listed requirements with Bachira. | Each completed task adds XP toward the 100 XP evolution threshold. |
| 5 | Return to the Egoist NPC to confirm once you hit 100 XP. | Triggers the actual evolution into NEL Bachira for that slot. |
Note: Evolution is one-way for that Style slot. If you still want access to base Bachira afterwards, you’ll need to pull him again on a different slot.
All Bachira evolution quests and XP values
Every evolution requirement is tied directly to how you play on the field with Bachira. Goals, assists, ankles broken – all of it feeds into a single XP total. You need 100 XP in total to evolve.
| Quest requirement (Bachira must be equipped) | XP earned | What it means in practice |
|---|---|---|
| x10 Goals (Bachira) | 10 XP | Score 10 goals of any kind while using Bachira. |
| x10 Awakened Goals (Bachira) | 15 XP | Score 10 goals during Bachira’s Awakening state. |
| x3 Hatricks (Bachira) | 30 XP | Register three separate matches in which Bachira scores at least three times. |
| x4 Overtime Goals (Bachira) | 20 XP | Score four goals during overtime phases. |
| x5 Awakenings (Bachira) | 20 XP | Trigger Bachira’s Awakening five times across your matches. |
| 60 minutes Playtime (Bachira) | 25 XP | Accumulate one hour of total field time with Bachira. |
| x10 Ankle Breakers (Bachira) | 10 XP | Perform 10 dribble plays that register as ankle breakers. |
| x8 Assists (Bachira) | 10 XP | Set up eight goals that count as assists for Bachira. |
| x10 Wins (Bachira) | 25 XP | Win 10 matches while playing Bachira. |
You do not need to complete every single quest if your XP already hits 100, but in practice you’ll usually finish most of them while grinding. The list pushes you to use Bachira the way his character plays in Blue Lock: dribbling, breaking ankles, finishing chances, and deciding matches in overtime.
What changes when Bachira evolves into NEL Bachira
Once evolved, Bachira’s Style in that slot becomes NEL Bachira. In the game’s classification, NEL Bachira is a Mythic Style built as an all-rounder: stealing, dribbling, shooting, and mobility, with a personalized Flow called Bee Freestyle.
| Aspect | NEL Bachira | Practical impact in matches |
|---|---|---|
| Rarity | Mythic Style | Comes with higher-end visuals, animations, and a stronger move kit than lower-tier Styles. |
| Role | Center-forward, all-rounding | Best used as a main attacker who dribbles through the first defensive line and creates final chances. |
| Signature Flow | Bee Freestyle | Represents Bachira’s Neo Egoist League form, leaning into aggressive, creative dribbles. |
| On-ball strength | High | Fast, confusing dribble moves that can stun or bypass multiple defenders. |
| Off-ball strength | Limited | Monster Steal provides a tackle option but can be avoided by skilled dribblers. |
| Shooting | Reasonable, but simple patterns | Shots like Smash Lift hit hard but have obvious windups that a prepared goalkeeper can cover. |
In practical terms, NEL Bachira is one of the most reliable Styles for getting from midfield to the edge of the box on your own. You gain the same moveset that defined the earlier NEL Bachira Style before the evolution system, now tied to your evolved Bachira.
Note: The evolved NEL Bachira keeps the same abilities as the former standalone NEL Bachira Style. Evolution is mostly a new way to access and frame that kit rather than a redesign.
Limitations and permanence of NEL Bachira
The evolution path comes with two important constraints that are easy to miss.
| Question | Answer | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Is NEL Bachira still a separate spin target? | No | You can no longer pull NEL Bachira directly; evolution is now the only way to get him. |
| Can you revert NEL Bachira to base Bachira? | No | Evolution is irreversible for that slot. To use default Bachira again, you must obtain him on another slot. |
This structure pushes you to treat each evolution as a commitment. If you enjoy experimenting, keep at least one unused Style slot for re-rolling Bachira again later without losing your evolved version.
Once the quests are cleared and Bachira evolves, you end up with a Mythic dribbler that mirrors Meguru Bachira’s Neo Egoist League development: less about blindly following a “monster,” more about choosing his own path to the goal. In Blue Lock Rivals, that translates to a Style that lives on the ball, bends defenders out of position, and forces the match to revolve around your next move.
