Flins Rerun Banner in Genshin Impact 6.4 — Start Time, Featured Characters, and How Long It Lasts

Flins Rerun Banner in Genshin Impact 6.4 — Start Time, Featured Characters, and How Long It Lasts

Flins, the 5-star Electro polearm DPS from Nod-Krai, is getting his first rerun in Genshin Impact Version 6.4 (Luna V). His banner, "The Lone Light Knocks at Night," runs during Phase 1 of the update alongside Varka's debut banner, "The Northerly Wind's Song of Triumph." If you missed Flins during his original run in Version 6.0, this is your next shot.

Quick answer: Flins's rerun banner starts on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM (UTC+8) for the Asia server and runs until March 17, 2026. For North America, that translates to February 25 at 10:00 PM (GMT-5).

Banner start time: February 25, 2026, 11:00 AM UTC+8 / 3:00 AM UTC

Flins rerun banner schedule by server

Version 6.4 maintenance is expected to wrap up roughly five hours after it begins, with the update going live and banners becoming available immediately after. The exact start time depends on your server region.

ServerBanner StartBanner End
Asia (UTC+8)February 25, 2026, 11:00 AMMarch 17, 2026, 6:00 PM
Europe (UTC+1)February 25, 2026, 4:00 AMMarch 17, 2026, 6:00 PM
America (UTC-5)February 25, 2026, 10:00 PMMarch 17, 2026, 6:00 PM

The banner lasts approximately 20 days, which is the standard duration for a Phase 1 event wish in Genshin Impact. Phase 2 of Version 6.4 will then feature Skirk and Escoffier reruns.

Flins is the featured 5-star on "The Lone Light Knocks at Night." The three rate-up 4-star characters sharing his banner are Bennett (Pyro, Sword), Sucrose (Anemo, Catalyst), and Xiangling (Pyro, Polearm). This is a strong 4-star lineup — Bennett and Xiangling remain two of the most universally useful characters in the game, and Sucrose is a reliable Anemo grouper and Elemental Mastery buffer.

Flins originally debuted during Phase 2 of Version 6.0 with a different set of 4-stars (Aino, Sucrose, and Dori). The rerun swaps in Bennett and Xiangling, making this banner notably more appealing for newer players who haven't built out their core roster yet.

What Flins does and why the banner matters

Flins is a main DPS whose Elemental Skill infuses his normal attacks with Electro, letting him drive elemental reactions on-field. His Elemental Burst deals AoE Electro damage and can trigger Lunar-Charged reactions, a mechanic introduced with the Nod-Krai region in the Luna series of updates. He fills a similar role to other on-field Electro carries but leans into the newer Lunar reaction system for his peak damage output.

His signature weapon, Bloodsoaked Ruins (a 5-star polearm), is also available on the Epitome Invocation weapon banner during Phase 1, paired with Varka's signature claymore, Gest of the Mighty Wolf.

Pity and the 50/50 system

Flins's banner and Varka's banner share a single wish counter. Any pity you've built up on the previous character event wish carries over. If you pull a 5-star on either banner, there's a 50% chance it will be the featured character. If you lose that coin flip and get a standard 5-star instead (Keqing, Mona, Diluc, Jean, Qiqi, Dehya, Tighnari, or Mizuki), your next 5-star pull on any character event wish is guaranteed to be the featured unit.

This means if you lose the 50/50 on Varka's banner, you can switch over to Flins's banner and your next 5-star will be Flins — or vice versa. The two banners function as a single system with two selectable rate-up characters.

How long until the banner ends

With a start date of February 25 and an end date of March 17, 2026, you have just under three weeks to pull for Flins. Version 6.4 as a whole runs until approximately April 7–8, 2026, depending on your timezone, so Phase 2 banners (Skirk and Escoffier) will follow immediately after Flins and Varka's banners conclude.

If you're planning your Primogem budget, keep in mind that Version 6.4 also includes a Chronicled Wish banner featuring Mondstadt characters and weapons, which runs on a separate pity track and uses Intertwined Fate as well. Spending decisions between the character banners and the Chronicled Wish will depend on what gaps remain in your roster.

Flins's rerun arrives at a convenient time — right at the start of a new version with fresh Primogem sources from exploration, events, and maintenance compensation. If you've been waiting since Version 6.0, the countdown is nearly over.
