GENSHINGIFT is one of the longest-running codes in the game and may show as already used if it was redeemed in the past.
Version 6.4 Luna V livestream codes (300 Primogems)
The Version 6.4 “Luna V” Special Program will include three time-limited livestream codes that together grant 300 Primogems plus upgrade materials. The exact code strings have not been announced yet; they are marked as “TBA” in advance listings.
Key points about the 6.4 livestream codes:
- There will be three unique codes.
- Each code grants 100 Primogems and an additional resource bundle (Mystic Enhancement Ore, Hero’s Wit, or Mora).
- Codes are limited-time and typically expire 24–48 hours after the broadcast.

How to redeem Genshin Impact codes on the web
Redemption on the web requires an account with Adventure Rank 10 or higher. Rewards are sent directly to the in-game mailbox once a code is successfully claimed.
Step 1: Open a browser and go to the official Genshin Impact gift redemption page at https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift.
Step 2: Log in with the same HoYoverse account that is used in-game, then confirm your game server and character nickname.
Step 3: Enter one of the working codes exactly as shown in the table above, then submit the form to redeem it.
Step 4: Launch the game client, open the in-game mailbox, and claim the attached rewards. Successful redemption is confirmed when the mail arrives and the rewards can be collected.
Note: Each code can be used once per account per server. If a message indicates that the code is already used, it has likely been redeemed for that account before.
How to redeem Genshin Impact codes in-game
Codes can also be claimed directly from within the game client without using an external browser.
Step 1: Log in to Genshin Impact and open the Paimon menu using the top-left icon or the Esc key on PC.
Step 2: Go to Settings, then select the Account section.
Step 3: Choose the redemption option, enter a working code, then confirm with the Exchange button.
Step 4: Open the in-game mailbox and collect the rewards attached to the new redemption mail. If the code was valid and unused, the mail appears shortly after confirming the exchange.
Why a Genshin Impact code may not work
If a code fails to redeem, it is usually for one of a few specific reasons:
- The code has expired. Livestream codes and some promotional codes are only valid for a short window, often 24–48 hours.
- The code was already redeemed. Most codes are limited to one use per account. If anyone has used it on that account before, it cannot be claimed again.
- Typing or formatting errors. Codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly, with no extra spaces before or after the string.
- Server or region restrictions. Some codes work only on specific servers. If a code is not intended for your server, it may be rejected.
- Account not eligible. A minimum Adventure Rank of 10 is required for code redemption.
When a code is valid and the account is eligible, the only reliable confirmation is the arrival of a new mail in the in-game mailbox containing the advertised rewards.
