Version 6.4 “Luna V” for Genshin Impact includes one permanent Luna V redeem code set and a separate trio of limited-time livestream codes. The livestream codes for Luna V have now expired, while the main Luna V codes remain usable for eligible accounts until they are removed by the publisher.

Genshin Impact Luna V (6.4) livestream codes
During the Version “Luna V” Special Program, three time-limited livestream codes were distributed. These codes granted a total of 300 Primogems and additional materials but are now past their official validity window.

These three livestream codes were announced for all servers and were only valid up to mid-February 2026, after which they can no longer be redeemed.
How to redeem Genshin Impact Luna V codes
Luna V codes are redeemed through the official code redemption flow. A valid account, a created character on a server, and being above the Adventure Rank requirement for code use are all necessary for the redemption to succeed.
Step 1: Open the official Genshin Impact gift redemption page at https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift or launch the game and go to the in-game Settings menu where the Redeem Code function is located.
Step 2: Sign in with the same HoYoverse account that you use in-game, then select the correct server region and confirm that the displayed in-game nickname matches the character that should receive the rewards.
Step 3: Enter one Luna V code exactly as shown in the table, taking care with capitalization and not adding spaces, then submit the form to trigger the redemption.
Step 4: Log in to Genshin Impact on the same server and open the in-game mailbox. A new mail containing the listed rewards will appear shortly after a successful redemption.
Step 5: Claim the rewards from the mail before the mail expiry time set in the message; if mail expires unclaimed, the items are lost even if the code was redeemed correctly.
How to confirm Luna V code redemption worked
A Luna V code has been applied correctly when the following conditions are met.
- A success confirmation is shown immediately on the redemption page or in-game after submitting the code, with no error text about invalid, expired, or already used codes.
- A new mail appears in the in-game mailbox addressed to that character, listing exactly the Primogems and materials associated with the redeemed code.
- After claiming the mail, the Primogem total in the upper-right of the main interface increases by the advertised amount, and the claimed materials appear in the appropriate inventory tabs.
Redeem each working Luna V code once on the correct server, confirm that the in-game mail arrives, and claim all rewards promptly to ensure nothing is lost to mail expiry.
