Heartopia currently offers a large set of time-limited gift codes that grant premium currencies, Gold, and a wide range of crafting and upgrade materials. All of the codes below are active in February 2026 based on their stated expiry dates.

How to redeem Heartopia codes
Codes are redeemed entirely inside Heartopia using the in-game menu. The feature unlocks as soon as you have created your character and can move around town.
Step 1: Launch Heartopia on PC, Android, or iOS and create your character. Complete character creation so you can enter the town and move freely.
Step 2: Open the in-game phone by either pressing the watch/phone icon in the top-right corner of the screen or pressing Tab on PC. This opens the main menu overlay.
Step 3: Select Settings from the phone menu, then stay on or switch to the General tab.
Step 4: Look at the bottom-right corner of the General settings page and select the Redeem Code button. A small redeem window will appear with a text field.
Step 5: Paste or type one code into the text field. Codes are not case-sensitive, but ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces or extra characters, then confirm by pressing the redeem button.
Step 6: Wait for the confirmation message that tells you the code was redeemed successfully and that rewards have been sent to your mailbox.
How to claim Heartopia code rewards from the mailbox
Redeeming a code does not immediately place items in your inventory. All gifts are delivered to your in-game mailbox.
Step 1: Open the phone/watch menu again using the icon in the top-right corner or the Tab key on PC.
Step 2: Select the Mailbox option. You can also walk to the physical mailbox in front of your house and interact with it to open the same screen.
Step 3: Review the list of messages that contain your code rewards and either open them one by one and press the claim button, or use any available Claim All option to collect everything at once.
Once claimed from the mailbox, currencies are added directly to your balances and items go into your relevant inventories immediately.
Why a Heartopia code might not work
If a code fails, the error almost always comes from one of three causes:
- The code has expired. Many Heartopia codes have explicit expiry dates such as 7 February 2026 or 31 March 2026. After these dates, redemption returns an error and the rewards cannot be claimed.
- A typo or extra space. The codes mix letters and numbers, so it is easy to add an extra character or space. Even though codes ignore letter case, any additional character will invalidate the entry.
- Gift event not yet available. If you see a message that the gift event is not yet available, the code is either not active yet or is no longer valid.
When a code is rejected, double-check the spelling and spacing first. If the code still fails and you are past its listed expiry date, it is no longer usable.
All of the codes above are currently a reliable way to stock up on Wishing Stars, Moonlight Crystals, and key upgrade materials without spending additional money, as long as you redeem them before their respective deadlines.
