How to redeem codes in Heartopia
Step 1: Create your character and enter the game world. Once you can move, open the in-game menu using the watch icon in the top-right.
Step 2: On Windows PC, press Tab (or click the watch). On mobile, tap the watch icon to open the same menu.
Step 3: Select Setting, then open the General tab. Choose Redeem Code (shown as a button at the bottom-right of the screen).
Step 4: Enter the code and confirm. If it’s accepted, the game prompts you to check your mailbox for the rewards.
Step 5: Go to the mailbox in front of your house and claim the items from the mailbox menu.
