How to redeem Heartopia codes
Codes are redeemed entirely inside Heartopia through the in-game menu that appears once your character can move.
Step 1: Launch Heartopia on PC, iOS, or Android and finish creating your character. As soon as you load into the world and can walk around, the watch icon appears in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Open the watch menu. On PC, press the TAB key or click the watch icon. On mobile, tap the watch icon directly.
Step 3: Select the settings screen. In the watch menu, tap or click the gear icon to open the Settings interface, then make sure the General tab is active.
Step 4: Open the redeem window. In the bottom-right area of the General tab, choose the Redeem Code button. A small input window appears with a text field and a clipboard icon.
Step 5: Enter a code and confirm. Type a working code exactly as shown above or use the clipboard icon to paste it into the field, then select the Redeem button. Codes in Heartopia are case-insensitive, so capitalization does not matter, but extra spaces or wrong characters will cause failure.
Step 6: Claim rewards from your mailbox. After a successful redemption, a message appears telling you to check your mailbox. The mailbox is located in front of your house; interact with it to open the mail screen and claim each reward or use any available “Claim all” option.
You know the process has worked if you see a confirmation pop-up after pressing Redeem and new mail appears in your mailbox with the corresponding items listed.
Why a Heartopia code might not work
When a code fails to redeem, it usually comes down to one of two issues.
Step 1: Check for typos and spacing. Most Heartopia codes mix letters and numbers, so it is easy to swap characters or add an extra space at the beginning or end. If you get an error, clear the field and paste the code again carefully.
Step 2: Confirm the code is still active. Many codes have explicit expiry dates, such as March 31, 2026 or June 29, 2026. If a code has passed its end date or has been moved into an expired list, it will no longer grant rewards even if entered correctly.
