How to redeem codes

Step 1: Launch Japanese Supermarket Simulator in Roblox. Wait for your store to load fully.

Step 2: Press the K key on your keyboard, or click the ABX button at the top of the screen to open the code window.

Step 3: Paste a working code into the Enter Code Here text box. Codes are case-sensitive.

Step 4: Click Redeem. If the reward doesn’t appear, close the window and try again.

Expired codes

    Why codes might not work

    • The code has expired.
    • There’s a typo or extra space; codes are case-sensitive.
    • The code was already redeemed on your account.
    • The server/client session needs a refresh—rejoin the game or restart the app and try again.
