Jump Stars is a Roblox action brawler that uses codes to hand out bonus Gems and other resources so you can unlock fighters and upgrade faster.

How to redeem codes in Jump Stars

Jump Stars has an in-game redemption menu that you access from the main screen. You must join the Jump Corp community on Roblox before the game will grant rewards from codes.

Step 1: Join the Jump Corp community on Roblox, as required by the experience for code rewards to be applied to your account.

Step 2: Launch Jump Stars on Roblox and wait for the main lobby screen to load.

Step 3: Click or tap the Codes button (shown on the top-right or left side of the screen, depending on the version) to open the redemption window.

Step 4: Type a code from the table into the Enter Code text box. Avoid extra spaces before or after the code.

Step 5: Press the Redeem or Confirm button. If the code is valid and your account meets the requirements, a notification appears and the Gems or other items are added to your account.

You know the redemption worked when you see a confirmation message and your Gem, Yen, Power Points, or capsule counts increase immediately.

Why a Jump Stars code might not work

If a code does not apply, one of the following reasons is usually responsible:

• The code is expired. Most Jump Stars codes are tied to events, milestones, or updates and stop working after a limited time.
• Group requirement not met. If you have not joined the Jump Corp community on Roblox, the game can reject otherwise valid codes.
• Typing mistakes. Wrong capitalization, missing symbols, or extra spaces cause the code to be treated as invalid. Copying and pasting carefully reduces this risk.
• Already redeemed. Each code can be used once per account. Trying to redeem it again will fail even if the code is still active.
• Temporary server or client issue. Occasionally the game needs to be restarted for newly released codes to work correctly.
