How to redeem codes

Step 1: Join the Jump Corp Roblox group. Codes will not give rewards unless your account is a member of this group.

Step 2: Open Jump Stars on Roblox and let the game load into the main lobby. New players should complete the short tutorial first.

Step 3: In the lobby, look at the left side of the screen and click the Codes button to open the redemption window.

Step 4: Copy a working code from the list above and paste it into the text box. Avoid adding spaces before or after the code.

Step 5: Click the Redeem button. A success message will appear and the gems or other rewards will be added to your account immediately.

Why codes might not work

  • The code has expired and is not accepted by the game anymore.
  • The code was typed with a mistake, extra space, or wrong capitalization; Jump Stars codes are case-sensitive.
  • The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account; most codes can only be used once per account.
  • The Jump Corp group requirement was not met; join the group before trying again.
  • The game client or server had a temporary issue; close Roblox, reopen Jump Stars, and try the code again.
