How to redeem codes

Step 1: Launch the Mine experience from its Roblox game page in the Roblox client and join a server.

Step 2: Once you load in, click the Shop icon at the top of the screen to open the shop menu.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the shop until you see the codes input field in the Codes section.

Step 4: Carefully type a working code into the box, or paste it, making sure the spelling and capitalization match exactly.

Step 5: Click the Redeem button next to the field and wait for the confirmation message that shows your rewards.

Why codes might not work

• The code has expired. Mine codes are often tied to visit milestones, like goals, or events and stop working after a while.
• There is a typo or extra space. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly, with no leading or trailing spaces.
• The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account. Each code can usually be claimed only once per account.
• The game session is outdated or desynced. Closing Mine, restarting Roblox, and rejoining a fresh server can fix some redemption issues.
