How to redeem codes in Paranormal
Code redemption for Paranormal is handled from the in-game store on the main menu or via the shop button in the lobby.
Step 1: Launch Roblox and open the Paranormal experience from its game page at https://www.roblox.com/games/16426359665/PARANORMAL. Wait until you reach the main menu or the lobby.
Step 2: From the main menu, click the Store button. If you are in the lobby instead of the menu, click the blue shop icon at the bottom of the screen to open the same store interface.
Step 3: In the store, select the Codes tab at the top of the window. This opens the code entry screen with a single text box.
Step 4: Click the text box, then type or paste one of the working codes exactly as shown in the table above. Codes are case-sensitive, so any change in letters or spelling will cause an error.
Step 5: Press the Redeem button. A successful redemption adds the Tokens directly to your account balance; you can confirm this by checking your Token count before and after redeeming the code. If the game shows an “invalid” or “expired” message, that specific code is no longer usable on your account.
How Paranormal codes work
Paranormal codes are short promotional strings created by the developer. Each valid code can be redeemed once per Roblox account and grants in-game rewards, mainly Tokens. Tokens are a general-purpose currency used to purchase items and equipment that make it easier to survive, solve puzzles, and progress through the story.

Step 2: Consider whether you have already used the code on this account. Each code is limited to a single redemption per account; if you claimed it earlier, further attempts will fail even though the code is still active for new users.
Step 3: Treat repeated “invalid” or “expired” errors as a sign that the code has been disabled. Developers can retire codes at any time, including around updates or milestones, and there is no way to reactivate an expired code.
Step 4: If the game is experiencing server issues or has just received a new update, closing Paranormal and reopening it can help. In some cases a fresh client session is needed before newly released codes can be redeemed.
Once a code has expired or been redeemed on your account, there is no method to use it again. New codes must be obtained when they are issued in future updates or events.
