Step 2: Approach a PC located outside or inside a Pokémon Center and interact with it.
Step 3: Select Get Items from the PC menu.
Step 4: Open the Mystery Gifts option.
Step 5: Choose one of the following redemption methods:
- Get via Internet for automatic gifts like the Ditto Rug.
- Get with Code/Password to enter a 16‑character promotional code.
Step 6: Enter the code if required and confirm. The reward is delivered instantly to your game.
You can also select Check Mystery Gifts in the same menu to view all previously claimed rewards.
