How to redeem codes

Step 1: Launch Prism Runway Show on Roblox and wait until you’re in the lobby.

Step 2: Open the code entry screen. Tap the Codes button at the bottom of the screen; if you don’t see it, tap the blue three-line menu in the top-right and select the Codes tab.

Step 3: Click the “Enter Code Here!” field and type or paste a working code exactly as shown.

Step 4: Press Redeem to claim your reward. The item is delivered instantly if the code is active.

Step 5: If a new code shows invalid, leave and rejoin a server to ensure you’re on the latest version, then try again.

Why codes might not work

  • The code has expired and is no longer active.
  • Typos or extra spaces; codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
  • The code was already redeemed on your account.
  • The server/client isn’t updated; rejoin or restart the game and try again.
