How to redeem codes

Step 1: Open Prison Pump on Roblox. Let the experience load fully.

Step 2: Click the green Menu button on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Select the Codes option from the menu.

Step 4: Enter a working code exactly as shown and press Confirm to claim your rewards.

Expired codes

    Why codes might not work

    • The code has expired; many event codes are time-limited.
    • Typos or extra spaces; codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
    • The code was already redeemed on your account.
    • Temporary sync issues; rejoin the server or restart the app and try again.
