Roblox Flex UGC is a social marketplace experience where you obtain user-generated cosmetic items through purchases and redeemable codes. Many codes are completely free, while others require owning a specific item, game pass, or following/joining creators and groups before they will grant the reward.

How to redeem codes in Roblox Flex UGC
Step 1: Open Roblox and launch the Flex UGC Codes experience from its game page. Wait for the experience to fully load.
Step 2: When the initial window appears, select the Redeem a Code button. This opens the code entry field.
Step 3: Carefully type or paste one working code from the table above into the text field, preserving the exact spelling and capitalization.
Step 4: Press the Redeem button. If the code is valid for your account and all its conditions are met, the corresponding UGC item is granted to your inventory.
You know redemption has worked when the interface shows a success message and the linked UGC item appears in your Roblox inventory. If the code fails, you either see an error message or no reward is added.
Why some Roblox Flex UGC codes do not work
Redemption failures in Flex UGC usually come from one of four causes:
- Code is expired or out of copies. Many codes stop working once all limited copies of the linked UGC item are claimed.
- Conditions are not met. A large number of Flex UGC codes only work if you already own a specific item or game pass, follow a named user, or are a member of particular Roblox groups. These requirements are listed in the table and must be completed before you redeem.
- Typo or wrong case. Codes are case-sensitive. Any mismatch in letters, numbers, or punctuation will cause redemption to fail, so copying and pasting is safer than typing by hand.
- Per-account limits. Most codes can only be used once per Roblox account. If you have already redeemed a code successfully, trying it again will not give another reward.
When a code fails, verify the spelling, complete any listed group or follow requirements, make sure you own the prerequisite item or game pass, and understand that some older codes simply no longer grant items.
