After unlocking, open the battle pass quests immediately. A weekly experience cap of 6,000 applies, so starting early ensures you claim rewards throughout the season. Battle pass experience doubles in 7 days, so if you can wait, you may gain more value per activity then, but unlocking now prevents accidental reward loss.
Complete Your Solo Mode Breakthrough
Advancing from solo mode level 11 to level 12 is the most critical progression step. This breakthrough unlocks tier 81 gear farming, increases all character stats, and boosts experience and coin rewards from all activities. The level cap also increases from 80 to 85, making level 81 gear mandatory for competitive content.

Jade fish is the season's premium currency, earned through weekly engagement activities. You can earn approximately 20,000 jade fish per week. Spending priorities are strict: purchase inner way notes first—these are mandatory for all builds. Do not spend on legendary exchange or gear chests, as both are now obsolete.
After securing inner way notes, save the majority of your jade fish. The next breakthrough will likely require significantly more coins than the current 1 million available. Converting jade fish to coins through the season shop provides essential funding. If new gear chests appear in the next patch, having reserves ensures you can purchase them immediately.
Run Path Trial Challenges
The new Taping Mausoleum Path Trial challenges run from February 6 through March 20. These mini-game encounters require you to defeat enemies within time limits and reward coins, echo jades, inner way notes, and golden inner way notes. Participating weekly is essential because the rewards reset each week.
Access Path Trial by navigating to Wandering Paths, then selecting Taping Mausoleum and Path Trial at the top of the menu. Complete all available challenges each week to maximize coin and inner way note income.
Defeat the New World Bosses
Two new world bosses appear on February 6: the Drunken Martial Artist and the Coffin Master. Both offer first-clear rewards of five medicines, twenty echo jades, and five chests. Reaching level 81 unlocks access to these encounters.
The Drunken Martial Artist is located south of Kyong in an arena and requires learning attack patterns to defeat. The Coffin Master is positioned northwest on the map in the first region. Fighting both on day one grants bonus difficulty rewards and ensures you do not miss the first-clear bonus.
Participate in Time-Limited Events
Multiple events run throughout February, each with unique rewards. The Tiny Adventure event begins February 6 and features mini-games that reward fortune points. Spend these points in the fortune shop to purchase echo jades, resonating melodies, and coin bags.
The Voyage of Lanterns event launches February 27 and requires completing the main story through Kyong. This cooperative event rewards the Starry Dream accessory and other cosmetics. The Tapestry of Harmony pre-event begins February 20 and grants lingering melodies and hero titles upon completion.
All As One, Joyful Activities, and the Wandering Guide also run throughout the month. Log in daily to claim calendar rewards, including lingering melodies—the premium gacha currency. You can purchase two lingering melodies weekly from the item shop and one additional copy from the season shop.
Prepare for Upcoming Content
The Hexi region launches in March with three sub-zones releasing monthly: the Jade Gate Pass desert in March, the Leang Xiao frost zone in April, and the grassy plains in May. Reaching tier 81 gear now ensures you are ready for the new region's bosses and encounters.
Two new martial arts paths arrive in March: Bamboo Cut Dust, featuring the Unfettered Rope Dart and Everspring Umbrella. The Tang Dao weapon releases in April. These weapons are visible in-game under the Nine Mortal Ways section, where you can preview their abilities before they become available.
