How to redeem codes

Step 1: Launch Sonic Speed Simulator on Roblox.

Step 2: Click the cog icon to open Settings (top-right of the screen).

Step 3: Select “Redeem Codes” in the top-right of the Settings screen.

Step 4: Type or paste a working code into the field, then press Redeem to claim your reward.

Alternate method (older UI):

Step 1: Tap the Shop button on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Open the Redeem Codes tab on the left.

Step 3: Enter a code and press Redeem.

  • The code has expired or was tied to a limited-time event.
  • There are typos or extra spaces; codes are case-sensitive.
  • The code was already redeemed on your account.
  • The session/UI didn’t refresh; rejoin the experience and try again.
