How to redeem codes
Step 1: Start Roblox and open the Survive a Plate experience from its main game page.
Step 2: Once you load into the lobby, look around the screen for a button labeled Codes, Settings, Shop, or with a ticket or tag icon; this is usually where code entry lives in Roblox experiences.
Step 3: Click that button to open the code redemption window, then locate the text field where you can type or paste a code.
Step 4: Carefully paste your code into the box, making sure there are no extra spaces before or after it.
Step 5: Press the Enter key or click the confirm/redeem button; if the code is valid and active, the reward will be added to your account automatically.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired. Many Roblox event codes only work for a short time and then stop giving rewards.
- The code was typed incorrectly. Codes are case-sensitive, and extra spaces or wrong characters will cause an error.
- The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account. Most codes can only be used once per player.
- The server or your client session is out of date. Closing Survive a Plate, restarting Roblox, and trying again can sometimes fix issues.
