How to redeem codes
Step 1: Start Roblox and join the Survive Wave Z experience.
Step 2: Once you load in, look at the top-left corner of the screen and click the cogwheel or Settings button to open the settings menu.
Step 3: Find the text box labeled “Redeem Code Here” or similar inside the settings window.
Step 4: Carefully type or paste a working code into this box, making sure there are no extra spaces before or after it.
Step 5: Press the Submit button. If the code is valid and unused, your Scraps will be added to your account immediately.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired. Event and launch codes are usually time-limited and stop working after a while.
- There is a typo or extra space. Codes are case-sensitive, so check each character and avoid leading or trailing spaces.

- The game client is out of date or the session bugged. Close Survive Wave Z, rejoin the experience, and try entering the code again.
