How to redeem codes
Step 1: Open Roblox and start the Volleyball Legends experience.
Step 2: Play until your account reaches at least level 15, as code redemption only unlocks after this level requirement.
Step 3: Once you are eligible, tap or click the Shop button at the bottom of the screen to open the in-game shop menu.
Step 4: In the shop menu, select the Codes option on the left side to bring up the code entry panel.
Step 5: Carefully type a working code into the text field, then press the Use Code button to claim your rewards.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired and is no longer valid; most event and update codes only work for a limited time.
- The code was typed with a mistake; codes are case-sensitive, and extra spaces before or after the text can cause errors.
- The code has already been redeemed on your Roblox account; each code can usually be used only once per account.
- The game session has not refreshed properly; close Volleyball Legends, reopen it in Roblox, and try redeeming the code again.
