Waste Time on Roblox is built around watching your time counter climb, then converting that time into Eons and other currencies. Redeemable codes give a direct boost to this progression by granting Enhancement Rerolls, Enhancement Locks, and permanent stat multipliers.

How to redeem Waste Time codes
Step 1: Open Roblox and start the Waste Time experience. If this is your first session, play through the initial tutorial and begin converting Time into Eons.
Step 2: Keep playing until the scroll icon appears on the right side of your screen. This unlocks after you have converted enough Time into Eons and reached the first progression threshold.
Step 3: Click the scroll icon, then choose the “Codes!” option in the menu that opens.
Step 4: Copy one working code from the table above and paste it into the code input box, or type it carefully by hand.
Step 5: Press the Redeem button (or the Enter key on keyboard). If the code is valid and unused on your account, the reward is added immediately.
You know a code worked when the input field clears and a reward notification appears, or your reroll/lock count or stat value increases. If the code is expired or already used, an error message appears instead and nothing changes.
Where Waste Time codes take effect
Most rewards from Waste Time codes are used at the Enhancement bench. After earning some Time, you can unlock the side room to the left of the starting area and interact with the glowing purple Enhancement altar there.
At this bench you can spend Enhancement Rerolls to spin for better multipliers on your Time and Eons, from F tier up to S tier. Enhancement Locks let you protect specific bonus slots so those values stay fixed while you reroll the others.
Stat-multiplier codes such as holymoly and Compensation increase your highest reset stat directly, boosting your overall gains without any further action.
Requirements and common issues with Waste Time codes
There are a few fixed requirements before any Waste Time code can be redeemed:
- You must have completed the opening tutorial.
- You must have converted enough Time into Eons for the scroll icon to appear.
- You need to be in Layer 1, as code redemption is limited to that layer.
If a code that should be active does not work, the most frequent causes are:
- The code has already expired, and the server now rejects it.
- The text was entered with a typo or extra space; copying and pasting directly avoids this.
- You are on an older server instance that has not yet updated; rejoining after a short while often fixes this.
Once a code has been successfully redeemed on an account, it cannot be used again on that same account.
For additional free boosts beyond codes, Waste Time also rewards playing with friends, following the developer, liking the game page, and joining the official Roblox group, all of which increase your Time gains while you keep the counter running.
