How to redeem codes
Step 1: Start Roblox and join the Weight Lifting as a Frog experience. Wait until your character fully loads into the map.
Step 2: Look at the left side of the screen and click the red Codes button, which sits just above the yellow Robux Store button.
Step 3: In the pop-up window, click on the text field labeled something like “Type Code Here” and carefully paste or type one of the working codes.
Step 4: Press the green Enter button to submit the code. If the code is valid, the Strength and Gems will be added to your account instantly.
Step 5: If a code does not give any rewards, double-check the spelling and try again, or rejoin the game to refresh your server and retry.
