Note: The Version 2.6 livestream code is time-limited and usually expires within a short window after the broadcast. If a code returns an invalid or expired message, it can no longer be used.
How to redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes on the official website
Using the web redemption center is the simplest way to claim 2.6 livestream rewards, since you can paste codes directly from any device with a browser.
Step 1: Open the official Zenless Zone Zero code redemption page at https://zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption in a browser.
Step 2: Log in with the HoYoverse account that is linked to your Zenless Zone Zero game account, then choose the correct server/region for that account from the dropdown.
Step 3: Enter one working code (for example, DREAMINGANGEL) into the code field exactly as written, then confirm the redemption.
Step 4: Start Zenless Zone Zero on your platform and open the in-game mail from the “More” menu. The rewards for each successful code appear as individual mail messages that can be claimed once.
Successful redemption shows a confirmation prompt on the website and the corresponding mail immediately or within a short delay. If you see an error about region, account, or expiry, the code will not grant any items.
How to redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes in-game
Codes can also be entered directly inside the game client without visiting the website.
Step 1: Launch Zenless Zone Zero and load into your account, then open the main menu and navigate to the “More” tab.
Step 2: Select the “Redemption Code” option, then type or paste one valid code into the field. Confirm to attempt redemption.
Step 3: Return to the “More” tab and open your in-game mail. A new mail appears for each code that was accepted, containing the listed Polychromes and materials.
The in-game method uses the same backend as the website. If a code has already been used on that account, is entered with a typo, or has expired, the game displays an error and no mail is sent.
Once the Version 2.6 livestream window ends and its code expires, only the permanent global codes remain usable. New limited codes are typically tied to future version programs, so claiming 2.6 rewards promptly is the only way to secure this specific bundle of Polychromes and upgrade items.
