99 Nights in the Forest diamonds — ways to earn them fast

Diamonds are the core currency in 99 Nights in the Forest. You spend them in the lobby to unlock Classes and to buy or roll talents on those Classes, so a steady flow directly translates into stronger runs and more flexibility when you’re building a loadout.

Every consistent way to get free diamonds

Source What to do Diamond reward Repeatable
Chests Loot world chests (Common, Good, Iron, Ice, Cold, Gold, Legendary) Can contain 1 diamond Yes
Cultist Stronghold Clear the Stronghold to open its Diamond Chest 5 diamonds per clear (10 during x2 weekends) Yes
Survival milestones Progress deep into a run 2 diamonds at Day 50; 3 diamonds at Day 99 Yes (per qualifying run)
Badges Complete badge objectives Diamonds equal to the badge’s star rating No (one-time per badge)
Update Party Join the pre-update event window ~20–40 diamonds (admin-spawned) Yes (when event is active)
Codes Redeem in the in‑game Currency Shop Varies (diamonds among possible rewards) Yes (while codes are active)
Tip: The Cultist Stronghold is the most reliable farm. Clear it for the 5‑diamond reward, leave the server, and rejoin to repeat. With a fast clear, you can average around 15 diamonds per hour, and roughly double that during x2 weekends. Brawler and Alien are well-suited for quick clears.

One-time diamond boosts worth grabbing

  • Type yay fishing in chat while fishing to spawn 2 diamonds at your feet. This works once per account.
  • Clean up badge objectives you haven’t finished yet. Badge payouts are the only non‑renewable diamond source, so they’re best treated as milestones to accelerate early unlocks.

How Update Party diamond drops work

Update Party matches open one hour before a game update. In this limited mode, admins spawn diamonds directly—regular chests won’t contain them, and badges don’t progress here. If you can log in during that window, it’s a quick way to pocket a batch of diamonds without grinding.

Where to redeem codes

Open the Currency Shop in the lobby and select the Codes button at the bottom right. Enter any active code to claim rewards. Codes rotate, so check back periodically; they’re a low-effort top‑up alongside your regular farming.

If you want to shortcut the grind, the in‑game Currency Shop sells diamond bundles for Robux.

Bundle Diamonds Price (Robux)
Small 20 99
Medium 100 400
Large 250 900
XL 700 2500

What to prioritize with your diamonds

Spend diamonds first on unlocking Classes you plan to run frequently, then use the remainder to buy or roll talents on those Classes. That mix delivers the biggest performance jump for the least currency.

If you’re starting from zero, loop the Cultist Stronghold for consistent income, sweep up remaining badges for one‑time bursts, push at least one run to Day 50 (and eventually 99), and watch for Update Party windows or new codes. It’s a straightforward rotation that builds a reliable diamond flow without guesswork.
