ARC Raiders event rotation (UTC) and every map event explained

ARC Raiders runs rotating map events that change enemy behavior, resources, extraction options, and loot value on a strict hourly cadence. Each hour, every map gets one condition or activity—from nighttime raids to lightning storms and special objectives. If you plan your drops around the rotation, you can target materials, chase high‑value loot, or line up tougher runs that boost Trials progress.

Below is the current community-documented rotation in UTC, followed by a rundown of what each event actually does in play. Some pre‑release timers were tied to test servers and were updated at launch, and more events are slated to join the pool later this year, so expect periodic adjustments.

Daily event rotation (UTC)

Tip: The schedule is listed in UTC. Convert the hours to your local time and pick windows that match your goals (loot, materials, or Trials).

Event types and what they change

Night Raid

  • Dark conditions with heavier ARC presence.
  • Fewer active Return Points; no active Raider Hatches.
  • Increased loot value, with higher odds on keycards and gated stashes.
  • Notable for pushing more Raider vs. Raider interaction at shared extracts.

Night windows are prime for high‑value farming and weekly progress, but plan routes and carry lights—visibility and extract scarcity raise the stakes.

Electromagnetic Storm

  • Frequent lightning strikes that deal heavy damage in marked impact zones.
  • Fewer active Return Points.

Use strikes to your advantage by baiting ARC into blast areas. Watch stamina and avoid getting stuck in rough terrain when a strike telegraphs nearby.

Prospecting Probes

  • Increased ARC Probes and Couriers across the map.
  • Additional drops can appear during the round, drawing attention to hot spots.

Great for stockpiling rare ARC materials. Expect more player traffic around audible drop-ins.

Husk Graveyard

  • Large numbers of downed ARC “husks” scattered topside.
  • First wave husks are electrified; take care on approach.

Baron Husks are loud to breach but pay out parts and intel. Bring tools and watch for third parties while the fires cool.

Uncovered/Hidden Caches

  • Small Raider caches are exposed outdoors and tick audibly as you get close.
  • Caches are rigged to explode if left exposed too long.

High-value rewards in quick bursts: loot fast and move on. Don’t linger at a cache late in the timer.

Lush Blooms

  • Increased spawns of fruits, mushrooms, vegetables, and other plant materials.
  • Resource baskets appear in addition to natural spawns.

Ideal for gathering food and natural materials without competing over fixed groves. Check baskets when popular spots are picked clean.

Launch Tower Loot (Spaceport)

  • Objective at the Spaceport towers with intensified ARC defenses.
  • Requires locating a Fuel Cell and triggering tower consoles.
  • Spawns waves (Wasps, Hornets) and attracts heavier units circling the towers.

Bring ample ammo and at least one heavy weapon. One Fuel Cell can power both towers if you traverse between them.

Hidden Bunker (Spaceport)

  • Outskirts bunker locks down; you must enable four rooftop antennas/buttons to open it.
  • Fewer active Return Points; no active Raider Hatches.
  • Expect small ARC waves as you activate each antenna; retrieve data inside once opened.

Coordinated squads clear this fastest, but solos can rotate methodically. The bunker entrance sits on the western side of the Spaceport.

Harvester

  • Static, heavily guarded Harvester site with The Queen nearby and a Rocketeer patrol outside.
  • Harvester interior holds high‑value ARC loot, energy clips, and a handful of blueprints on average.
  • Periodic interior fire phases force players outside; re‑enter once conditions clear.

The Queen is optional and best avoided if you’re there for loot. Inside, watch for a timed battery-and-target sequence that yields extra rewards when completed quickly.

How to plan around the schedule

  • Convert UTC to your local time and stack back‑to‑back windows that fit your goals—e.g., Night or Storm for higher risk/high reward, Probes/Husks for material runs, Caches for quick value.
  • Expect more PvP around events that reduce Return Points or disable Raider Hatches (Night, Bunker, Storm).
  • Trials progress is most efficient during Night and Storm windows, which grant increased points.

If you’re chasing specific items or blueprints, block off Harvester windows on maps where you’re most comfortable, then pivot to Probes or Husks to round out materials.

What’s next

The rotation isn’t static. A Snowfall map condition and a Flickering Flames event are planned to roll in during December, and the North Line update adds new ARC enemies alongside a fresh map. As new conditions join the pool, the hourly schedule can shift, so keep an eye on in‑game prompts when you queue topside.

Note: Some community tools and test-era timers may show slight differences from the current live rotation. Treat the in‑game event card at deployment as the source of truth for the hour.
