Play early on PS5 during the Server Slam (Oct 17–19)

Before launch, ARC Raiders is running a free, open “Server Slam” weekend from October 17–19 on PS5. No codes or sign-ups are required—download it from the PlayStation Store when the event goes live.

Content includes the Dam Battlegrounds map, early-to-mid tier weapons and gear, basic crafting stations, a page of Raider Deck items, and a selection of early quests from Speranza’s traders. Some systems—like Trials and long-term Projects (Expeditions)—will appear but won’t be active until launch.

What the PS5 version includes

On PS5, ARC Raiders supports DualSense vibration and adaptive triggers for weapon feedback. Online play is required, with PS Plus needed to access online features. Sessions support up to 21 online players, and the game lists optional in-game purchases and “Users Interact.”

Expect a PvPvE extraction loop: scavenge topside for valuable loot, watch for hostile Raiders and ARC machines, and extract before the window closes. Back in the underground hub of Speranza, you’ll trade, craft, and take on quests that build reputation and unlock gear.

Platforms and cross-platform play

ARC Raiders launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and the Epic Games Store). Cross-platform social play is supported across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, so you can squad up regardless of where friends are playing.

Pre-order options and bonuses

Pre-orders are available until launch. The Standard Edition includes the Lucky Duck Bundle; the Deluxe Edition includes the Lucky Duck Bundle and the Astro Cosmetic Pack. After launch, pre-order bonuses won’t be available except via any remaining NVIDIA bundles. An internet connection, an Embark ID (13+), a platform account, and acceptance of Embark’s Terms and EULA are required to play.

  • Pre-order or purchase ARC Raiders from the PlayStation Store on console or the web.
  • Install and launch the PS5 version; ensure your PS Plus subscription is active for online play.
  • Create or connect an Embark ID when prompted to enable progression and rewards.
  • During the Server Slam window, download the event build from the PlayStation Store and play for free; note that event progress will not carry over.

If you want to try ARC Raiders ahead of release, the Server Slam weekend is the easiest way to get a feel for the extraction loop and the ARC machine encounters. Otherwise, the full PS5 release arrives on October 30 with cross-platform play and DualSense support.
