The On the Map quest in Arc Raiders sends you across Spaceport to triangulate your position at four distinct locations before marking a final hidden container. Unlike some earlier quests, progress carries over between runs, so getting knocked out won't reset your objectives.
Quick answer: Head to the Fuel Lines area in the southern part of Spaceport, directly south of the Departure Building. Walk to the center of the long pipes where they've snapped and interact with the floating prompt to triangulate your position.
On the Map quest steps
Lance needs you to visit five locations in total. At the first four, you transmit your position using a floating interactable. The fifth requires you to spray-paint a container.
- Head to where the Fuel Lines snapped and transmit your location
- Head to the antenna near Fuel Control and transmit your location
- Head to the cactus patch in the wall breach and transmit your location
- Transmit your location from the roof of Container Storage
- Find the container covered in tarp and mark it
Snapped Fuel Lines location
Fuel Lines is a named point of interest on Spaceport's map, situated in the southern section directly below the Departure Building. The exact spot sits at the center of the long pipes where they've broken apart. Look for the floating interaction prompt directly underneath the "Fuel Lines" label on your map. Interact with it to complete the first triangulation.
Fuel Control antenna location
Your next destination lies roughly 500 meters northeast of the Fuel Lines. Fuel Control sits next to Rocket Assembly in the northern part of Spaceport. Outside the western door of the Fuel Control building stands a massive satellite tower. The triangulation prompt appears at the base of this antenna on its south side.
Cactus patch in the wall breach
From Fuel Control, travel southeast toward the large wall breach between Rocket Assembly and Container Storage. This is the bigger breach to the south, not the smaller gap right next to Rocket Assembly. A patch of cacti grows in the center of this breached area. Walk into the middle of the cactus patch, facing Container Storage, to find the third triangulation point.
Container Storage roof
Container Storage sits just ahead of the cactus patch. Enter the building through one of the open entrances on the eastern side of the ground floor. Inside, you'll find a zipline that leads straight to the roof. Take it up, and the fourth triangulation prompt appears immediately as you step off the zipline.
Tarp-covered container location
After transmitting from the roof, take the same zipline back down to the lowest level of Container Storage. In the sand near the building's interior, a plain white crate sits at an angle among the surrounding wreckage, partially covered by a tarp. Climb onto one of the nearby metal beams and interact with the container to spray Leaper graffiti on it, completing the quest.
Quest rewards
Return to Speranza after marking the container to collect your rewards from Lance. Completing On the Map grants three Sterilized Bandages, three Surge Shield Rechargers, and one Tactical Mk. 3 (Healing) augment.
Since progress persists across runs, consider bringing a free loadout to minimize risk while traversing Spaceport's open terrain. Other players pose a bigger threat than ARCs in most cases, so keep moving between objectives and avoid lingering in exposed areas.
