Detailed walkthrough (one round)

Step 1: Speak to Lance in Speranza to accept Prescriptions of the Past. Confirm the objectives in your quest log so you know what will update in-raid.

Step 2: Deploy to Spaceport and navigate to the Departure Building. Keep your loadout light and mobile to move through the interior quickly.

Step 3: Approach the side of the Departure Building that faces an extraction point and enter via the side door. This entrance places you close to the interior stairway.

Step 4: Go upstairs to the upper level. Follow the hall that leads to the cluster of medical rooms.

Step 5: Enter the Medical Exam Room. Look for a desk with the prompt Search medical records.
