The Spaceport objective triggers on a very specific proximity check beside two derelict rocket thrusters parked on trailers near Control Tower A6, just outside the Rocket Assembly compound. You don’t need to breach anything. You just need to stand in the correct place for a moment.
- Start a raid on Spaceport and make for Control Tower A6.
- Find the pair of large cylindrical thrusters mounted on trailers just outside the Rocket Assembly area, close to A6.
- Stand beside the southwestern thruster. If it doesn’t tick immediately, step into the shallow crater next to it and walk a few paces back and forth along the side of the thruster.
- Stay put for a couple of seconds; the task completes automatically.
Expect enemy pressure here. Drones, Rocketeers, and a roaming Bastion can patrol the area. Use the trailers and the thrusters themselves as cover while you wait for the check to register.
Why it sometimes won’t complete (and quick fixes)
The task isn’t tied to the Rocket Assembly building interior and doesn’t involve an interact prompt. It’s a small trigger zone near the thruster. If you arrived at the visible thrusters but didn’t get credit:
- Move to the southwestern unit (of the two) and hug the left-hand side.
- Step down into the small crater at the base of the thruster and pause.
- Walk a short line along the side of the thruster if needed; it should register within a few seconds.

Reward
Completing all three check-ins finishes Greasing Her Palms and awards a Lure Grenade blueprint along with additional crafting materials. It can also unlock follow-up quests.
Note: The Spaceport objective refers to fixed rocket engines placed as world objects. It’s separate from the Rocket Thruster material item you can scavenge and recycle elsewhere in the game.
