Talk To Hermann (Quest Start)
Travel to the Elevated Rescue marker in Origin Lodespring. Hermann, a UWST SAR crew member, waits near the broken bridge.
Interact with Hermann to learn a trucker is stranded and needs help. This sets your first active objective and highlights the area containing the cable car/warehouse structure you need to access.
Rescue The Trucker (Lower The Cargo)
Follow the objective marker toward the cargo and cable-station structure overlooking the chasm.
Use the nearby stairs and platforms to reach the upper control panel overlooking a suspended container. Across the gap, you can see the stranded trucker, Scott.
Stand at the control console and choose the prompt “Lower Cargo”. The container drops down to form a makeshift bridge between your platform and Scott.
Cross the container to reach Scott and speak to him. After a short exchange, he asks you to handle nearby Aggelos and recover missing UWST supplies, which will become later objectives once the bridge is repaired.
Before leaving this platform area, activate any nearby ziplines so you can return quickly later if needed.
Return To The Collapsable Bridge
Backtrack to Hermann at the broken bridge. A short conversation explains that the bridge is unsafe and needs backup parts to be repaired.
Hermann points you toward a supply-rich hillside nearby where the parts are likely located. A yellow circular search radius appears on your map to mark the general area.
How To Find All Backup Parts (Scan Objective)
The backup parts objective takes place entirely within the highlighted yellow radius. Each part appears in the world as a green interactable item.
Use your Scan ability while standing in the search zone. Scan pings will highlight interactables and help locate each part. Faint beams of light can also guide you toward hidden items in cluttered terrain.

Talk To Hermann And Scott Again
After clearing out the Aggelos, head to the rock formation indicated by the quest marker. Hermann and Scott are hiding behind a rock nearby.
Speak with them to update the objective to retrieve UWST supplies further inside the Blight-infested area.
How To Retrieve The UWST Supplies (Industrial Explosives)
The final leg requires clearing Blights blocking the route to a UWST container van holding the supplies.
Follow the marker toward a cluster of container vans. Along the way, Blight nodes block narrow paths or key interaction points. These can only be removed using crafted explosives.
Bring Industrial Explosives
Prepare Industrial Explosive items in advance at your AIC facilities. The blueprint is obtained earlier in Valley IV, and crafting is straightforward once unlocked.
You need multiple bombs for this mission segment. Bringing four to five Industrial Explosives is a safe amount to avoid running out mid-route and having to travel back to craft more.
Destroy Blights And Open The Supply Container
As you reach each obstructing Blight, use an Industrial Explosive directly on the node. Aim to hit the Blight itself so the explosion registers and clears the corruption.
The Elevated Rescue objective does not fail or reset if you temporarily leave the area, so you can safely return to your AIC to craft more bombs if necessary and then come back.
After removing all blocking Blights along the marked route, interact with the designated container van to retrieve the UWST supplies.
