2 Park construction site (before Endale Arch) Floor of the one-room site office After clearing the first two drone operators, enter the small building in the construction zone. The tag is on the floor near a pair of boots in the middle of the room.
3 Subway station platform Left side of the central concrete block with timetable boards After the tunnel fight with enemies tossing red flares, climb onto the platform, head left, then immediately turn right between the pillars. The tag rests beside a toy rabbit and a green sports bag labeled “Crowe.”
4 Riverside park (after the subway) Top of the left-side staircase path Exit the subway and move toward the Brooklyn Bridge. Cross to the park and take the left path with stairs at the far end. At the top, the tag is on the ground next to a corpse on the left.
