Leveling back up doesn't have to be a grind. The most efficient method is spamming the PvE Mission Board. These missions scale to your current level, so you can start running them from Level 1. Each completed mission yields roughly 2,000 to 5,000 XP, and many of them involve simple tasks like delivering items to NPCs or fighting enemies that barely fight back.
Before you start running missions, head to Bus Stop 2 and enter the gym. Hop on a treadmill to activate a 1.5x XP boost that lasts about 15 minutes.
