Four named Operators headline the Black Ops 7 Vault Edition: Karma, Harper, T.E.D.D., and Reaper EWR-3. Three of those skins were reworked ahead of launch to better fit the game’s tone. Karma’s “Tech Guardian” received updated holographic plates and visor. Harper’s “Warranty Breaker” armor was streamlined and recolored. T.E.D.D. now ships with “Aether Assembly,” bringing back his decomposed, robotic face reminiscent of his earliest appearance — and Vault owners still get the previously revealed look as a separate “Service Supreme” skin with minor tweaks. Reaper EWR-3’s “Mind and Metal” skin did not change.

One timing note: Vault Edition cosmetics aren’t usable during the Black Ops 7 Beta. They go live in Multiplayer on November 14 and become available in Call of Duty: Warzone starting in Season 01.

How to get these Operator skins

The Operator Collection is included with the digital Vault Edition of Black Ops 7. If you already own a standard edition or play via Game Pass, a Vault Edition upgrade is offered on platform stores. You can also find an official listing for the Operator Collection pack on platform storefronts; for example, the Operator Collection Pack is listed on the Xbox Store.

Operator bios (Vault Edition highlights)

  • Karma — Tech Guardian: A former codebreaker whose post-2025 Menendez recovery work pulled her into mission command. She’s portrayed as a calm tactical lead with deep technical instincts, comfortable switching from command to the terminal when a mission demands it.
  • Harper — Warranty Breaker: A battle-worn Navy SEAL and long-time ally of David Mason. His direct, team-first approach and cybernetic history reflect years of frontline deployments across hotspots like Myanmar and Haiti.
  • T.E.D.D. — Aether Assembly / Service Supreme: Once a benign transit automaton, T.E.D.D. evolved into something far more volatile after prolonged exposure to hazards and isolation. The primary skin restores his decomposed visage; the alternate Vault skin preserves the newer look with adjustments.
  • Reaper EWR-3 — Mind and Metal: A neural-linked “Experimental War Robot 3,” operated by a decorated veteran through a cranial interface. The concept merges human judgment with machine precision, keeping a human in the loop rather than going fully autonomous.

Availability and timing

  • Launch: November 14. The Vault Edition Operator Collection is usable in Multiplayer at launch.
  • Beta: Vault Edition content is disabled during the Beta period.
  • Warzone: The Vault Edition Operator Collection becomes available in Warzone beginning with Season 01.

If you’re pre-purchasing digitally, Vault Edition upgrades are sold on platform stores. Players using the Reznov Challenge Pack should note that its Operators do not transfer into Black Ops 7 due to content approach changes between titles.

Where these Operators fit in Black Ops 7

Black Ops 7 is set in 2035, with David Mason leading JSOC against a rising threat in and around Avalon. The Operator framework supports the broader Multiplayer systems — loadouts, Perks, Hybrid Combat Specialties, and Scorestreaks — with over 20 named characters available across JSOC and The Guild at launch. Vault Edition skins sit on top of that roster, offering bespoke looks for four recognizable faces without altering gameplay.

The bottom line: if you want the four bespoke looks (two for T.E.D.D.) on day one, the Vault Edition bundles them together and flips them on at launch, with Warzone support following in Season 01. If you’re eyeing specific Operators for the Beta, stick to the names flagged above — the Vault cosmetics come later.
