The Cross of Saint James collectibles tie directly into Patience’s “Crosses to Bear” request at Aurora Pawn. There are nine in total, each tucked inside a prominent haven across Seattle. Picking up all nine as Phyre unlocks the Crucifixation achievement. Turn them in to Patience to deepen your relationship and receive 2,000 XP.

Important rules for progress and visibility

  • Progress counts only when you collect crosses as Phyre (the Nomad). Crosses spotted while playing as Fabien don’t register for the achievement until Phyre picks them up.
  • Crosses blend into the environment and do not highlight in color with Heightened Senses, so search carefully.
  • A few locations are gated by story beats; once you’ve visited them through the campaign, you can return to collect the cross.

5 The Dutchman Stuck in the bathroom’s broken mirror above the sink. Reached along the main path; accessible on return visits.
6 Makom Bar Embedded in the top of a wooden barrel in the back storage room. Appears after your first meeting with Ryong; revisit anytime afterward.
7 Auto Repair (Benny & Max’s) Hanging on the tool pegboard, mixed in with equipment. Unlocked when the story sends you inside; open to revisit afterward.
8 Glacier Hotel (Lou’s penthouse level) Pinned into a vintage Seattle photo along the balcony/penthouse wall. Collectible appears after you gain access for your first meeting with Lou.
9 Weaver Tower (top floor) Stuck into the armrest of a lobby couch in the seating area off the elevator. After your initial climb sequence, you can take the elevator back up.

Turning in the crosses (what you get)

  • Bring all nine to Patience at Aurora Pawn to complete “Crosses to Bear.”
  • You’ll receive 2,000 XP and a boost to your relationship with Patience.
  • Collecting all nine as Phyre also triggers the Crucifixation achievement.
  • After the handoff, new interaction becomes available with Bonehead, adding a little extra context to that skull.

If a cross isn’t where it should be, confirm you’ve reached the relevant story moment for that venue, then return as Phyre. Take your time when scanning decor-heavy areas—these props are deliberately subtle and easy to miss.
