Short answer: there’s no New Game Plus mode announced for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, and no in-game NG+ option at launch. If you’re looking to re-enter Seattle with your build intact, the game doesn’t currently offer a carryover system.

What “New Game Plus” would typically do

In most action-RPGs, New Game Plus lets you restart the campaign with a finished character while scaling enemies and loot, often preserving unlocked abilities, outfits, or collectibles. Bloodlines 2 does not advertise or ship with a feature like this at launch.

How replaying Bloodlines 2 works today

While NG+ isn’t on the table, Bloodlines 2 is built to support fresh-run replays:

  • Six clans are available in the base game at launch: Brujah, Tremere, Banu Haqim, Ventrue, Toreador, and Lasombra.
  • The campaign alternates between two perspectives — Elder vampire Phyre and Malkavian detective Fabien — which changes context, dialogue, and mission framing across runs.
  • Cosmetic customization (including clan-specific outfits) gives each playthrough a distinct look and social reactions.

Post‑launch content roadmap (official)

Two narrative expansions are planned for 2026 and are included with the Premium Edition Expansion Pass. Release windows and focus:

  • Loose Cannon (Q2 2026): centers on Brujah Sheriff Benny and includes an outfit for Phyre.
  • The Flower & The Flame (Q3 2026): follows Toreador Primogen Ysabella and includes an outfit for Phyre.

The base game launched on October 21, 2025, with all six clans playable from day one. The Expansion Pass is also sold separately.

Will Bloodlines 2 add NG+ later?

There’s no commitment to an NG+ feature. The developers are actively collecting feedback and have publicly acknowledged player requests for quality-of-life settings (like motion blur toggles, a FOV slider, HUD options, and additional customization). If NG+ becomes part of future updates, it would be a separate announcement. For now, plan your replays as clean starts with different clans and choices, and look ahead to the 2026 story packs for new reasons to return.
