How to redeem codes

Step 1: Launch Case Paradise from its Roblox game page and wait until your character fully loads into the lobby.

Step 2: Click the red shopping basket icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Premium Shop menu.

Step 3: In the top-right corner of the shop menu, press the blue Redeem Code button to open the code window.

Step 4: Type or paste your code into the Enter code here... box, making sure the spelling and capitalization match exactly.

Step 5: Click the blue Redeem button and, if the code is valid, the Gingerbread rewards will be added to your account immediately.

Why codes might not work

• The code has expired and is no longer active, so the game rejects it even if it was valid before.
• There is a typo, missing character, or extra space; codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly as shown.
• The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account, and most codes can only be used once per account.
• The game client or server is out of date; rejoin Case Paradise or restart Roblox and try redeeming the code again.
