The Azerian Manor Strongbox is a picture-rotation puzzle tucked behind a hidden wall in the Deminis region of Crimson Desert. It offers no in-game hints about the correct button order, which makes it easy to waste time pressing buttons at random. The good news is that the solution is short and repeatable once you know it.
Quick answer: Press button 1 twice, button 2 three times, then button 3 three times (1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3) to complete the fox image and open the strongbox. The reward is an Ancient Earring worth 9.37 silver.

Azerian Manor location in Deminis
Azerian Manor sits very close to Sungrove Manor in the Deminis region. Open your map, zoom into Deminis, and look directly under the letter "M" in the region name. That pinpoints the manor. You can visit at any time of day or night — there is no timing restriction on entry or on the puzzle itself.
Rather than approaching the front entrance, circle around to the back of the building and climb through a window. Head up to the second floor. You'll encounter a rotating wall with a painting nearby, which marks the hidden passage. Push through it, and the strongbox will be sitting in the room on the other side, near the painting.

Strongbox puzzle solution — Button sequence
The strongbox face displays a scrambled image of a fox, divided into sections. Four buttons sit below the image, and each one rotates different sections when pressed. The goal is to rotate every section into alignment so the fox picture is complete.
Step 1: Press button 1 twice. This begins rotating the leftmost sections into their correct positions.

Step 2: Press button 2 three times. The middle sections will shift into alignment.
Step 3: Press button 3 three times. The remaining sections lock into place, completing the fox image.

Button 4 is not used in the solution. Once all sections are aligned, the strongbox unlocks automatically.
| Button | Number of Presses |
|---|---|
| Button 1 | 2 |
| Button 2 | 3 |
| Button 3 | 3 |
| Button 4 | 0 |
Reward and value
Opening the strongbox gives you the Ancient Earring, an accessory that sells for 9.37 silver. It's not the most lucrative strongbox reward in the game, but the puzzle takes well under a minute when you know the sequence, making it a quick pickup while you're already in the Deminis area.
Remember that after unlocking any strongbox in Crimson Desert, you need to equip your mask before you can actually steal the contents. If the option to loot doesn't appear, check that the mask is equipped.
The Azerian Manor puzzle follows the same rotating-picture format found at several other strongbox locations, like Northern Bluemont Manor in Hernand and Sungrove Manor nearby in Deminis. If you're working through all the strongboxes in the region, Sungrove Manor is practically next door and uses a similar individual-square rotation mechanic, so it pairs well as a back-to-back stop.
