Step 1: Locate the Fusion Reactor inside the ruined structure immediately next to the puzzle area. It's hard to miss — the structure is partially collapsed and directly adjacent.

Step 2: Head in the opposite direction from the Fusion Reactor to find the Fusion Core. You'll need to burn through a wall of vines using Blinding Flash. The Fusion Core is tucked into the corner of the room behind those vines.

Step 3: Return to the puzzle mechanism and place both the Fusion Reactor and the Fusion Core into their correct positions using Axiom Force. This cleanses the Sanctum of Faith.

Step 4: After cleansing, play the minigame that appears in front of the Sanctum. You'll need to use Blinding Flash during this minigame. Completing it rewards you with the Core of Faith, a key crafting ingredient for the boots.

Step 3: Return to the puzzle and attach both components to the machine using Axiom Force and Force Palm. Successfully completing this puzzle cleanses the Sanctum of Absolution and rewards you with Blueprint I: Enhanced Kuku Pot.

Sanctum of Oblation — Blueprint II: Kuku Breeze-Step Boots

The Sanctum of Oblation is on an island to the east of Delesyia, near Marni's Laboratorium. This is the simplest of the three Sanctum puzzles, requiring only a single Fusion Reactor.

Step 1: Enter the ruins and take the path to the left. You'll find a staircase leading down to a lower section. Descend the stairs and locate the Fusion Reactor inside a room at the bottom.

Step 2: Carry the Fusion Reactor back up to the main puzzle mechanism and plug it on top of the pillar. This cleanses the Sanctum of Oblation and grants you Blueprint II: Kuku Breeze-Step Boots.

The blueprint can also be obtained from the "Talk to the witch at the Sanctum of Oblation" mission or from a Kuku Gear Special Blueprint item, but the Sanctum puzzle is the most straightforward path.

Crafting materials and where to farm them

With both blueprints and the Core of Faith in hand, you still need a few more materials before you can visit the workshop.

The Enhanced Kuku Pot is the intermediate step that trips up most players. You first need a basic Kuku Pot — crafted from common materials like iron and timber — and then upgrade it with a single Abyss Cell. Abyss Cells drop from Bismuth Oreback Crabs, so hunt those until one drops. Electrical Components come from Medium Mechas and other mechanical enemies found throughout Pywel; you need three of them.

Finishing the craft at Grimnir's Kuku Shop

Once you have 1× Enhanced Kuku Pot, 1× Core of Faith, and 3× Electrical Components, travel to Grimnir's Kuku Shop (also referred to as the Mysterious Iron Pot Workshop). Select the Kuku Breeze-Step Boots recipe and craft them. The boots will appear in your footwear slot immediately.

You'll know the craft succeeded when the Breeze Step skill appears in your equipment effects. To activate it, simply double-tap the jump button. The boots create a brief gravity-defying platform on the second press, launching you significantly higher than a normal double jump.
