Step 1: Head east toward the new map marker. The bandit camp is roughly 450 meters away, so mount your horse to save time.
Step 2: When you arrive, you'll find three bandits. Eliminate all of them before doing anything else.
Step 3: Pull out your lantern (Ctrl on PC, or LB on controller) and aim it at the barrels and stolen goods near the camp. This reveals a memory fragment. Once you collect it, you'll learn the memory called Hornless Goat.
