How new characters roll out — and how to target them
Characters and weapons are not locked behind gacha. They’re earned through play, primarily via Secret Letters and the Covert Commission system.
- Secret Letters: Exchange 10 Secret Letter Clues to create one Letter. Use Letters to claim rewards after Covert Commissions.
- Covert Commissions: Repeatable missions (Character, Weapon, Demon Wedge categories). All are set at level 40; objectives rotate hourly.
- Unlocking: After a Commission, choose one of three items from a fixed loot pool. Character Thoughts are the key drop; 30 Thoughts unlock a character.
