Escape From Duckov Water Resources — stash spots, route, and rewards

Water Resources is a straightforward delivery job that turns tense fast. Orange asks you to ferry three bottles of water to the Farmhouse cluster in Warehouse Area and cache each one at the glowing markers inside the barns. The placements take longer than you expect, the area draws enemies, and the safest way out isn’t always obvious. Here’s how to prep, reach the site quickly, stash all three bottles, and leave with your rewards.

Prepare the three bottles and a clean loadout

  • Get 3 bottles of water before you deploy. You can buy them from traders or pull them from loot during earlier runs.
  • Bring a primary you trust for mid‑range fights and enough meds to stay upright during stash timers.
  • Carry one explosive (grenade or dynamite) if you plan to use the North Mountain route into the Warehouse Area.
  • Pack extra food/water for yourself so you don’t accidentally consume the quest bottles. Keep the three quest bottles set aside in your inventory.

Fast route to Warehouse Area (zipline) and the Farmhouse

If you’ve unlocked the Ground Zero beacon, a quick path into Warehouse Area is through North Mountain:

  • Travel to Ground Zero and head toward North Mountain.
  • At the blocked passage, throw a grenade or dynamite to destroy the obstruction.
  • Ride the zipline into Warehouse Area.
  • From your landing, navigate north, then west toward the Farmhouse marker on your map.

This route minimizes early combat and drops you within reasonable distance of the barns. If you prefer, you can approach on foot from other Warehouse spawns; just budget more time for patrols and camps on the way.

Where to stash each bottle at Farmhouse

The Farmhouse cluster is three small barns/sheds grouped closely together. Each barn contains a placement marker. You must complete all three interactions in a single run for the quest to update.

  • Enter the first barn and interact with the glowing marker to place Bottle 1.
  • Move to the adjacent barn and repeat for Bottle 2.
  • Finish at the third barn with Bottle 3.

Each stash has a long placement timer. You’re locked in the animation, so clear nearby hostiles before you start and listen for footsteps. If a patrol pushes in, cancel early rather than getting knocked down at 95%.

Survive the placement timer: what to watch for

  • Expect resistance. The Farmhouse often spawns tougher enemies, and a rare combatant in this area uses an electrified SMG that can shred you if you’re caught in the open.
  • Work barn-to-barn. Clear, then place. Don’t begin the interaction while a fight is still active outside.
  • Heal fully before each stash. You want max HP and stamina when you’re locked in the animation.
  • Mind your inventory. Keep the three bottled waters in quick reach and avoid drinking them. Bring separate hydration for yourself.

Extraction: the cleanest exit after all three stashes

Once all three placements are complete, head for the extraction near the lake west of the Farmhouse. It’s usually the most direct way to leave after a Farmhouse run. Back at base, talk to Orange to complete the quest and collect your rewards.

Rewards and follow‑ups

  • XP and Currency (amounts can differ by build).
  • Tactical Flashlight (reward and/or unlock).
  • GPNVG‑18 Night Vision Goggles become available at Orange’s Armor Shop.

Completing Water Resources advances Orange’s chain and typically opens up additional Armor Shop tasks. It also pairs well with early Warehouse errands that route past Farmhouse, so consider stacking objectives if you have compatible deliveries or marks nearby.

Common pitfalls that slow this quest down

  • Arriving with fewer than 3 waters. The quest won’t progress unless you place all three in one raid.
  • Starting stash animations while enemies are active. Clear first—losing one bottle to a death mid‑sequence wastes a run.
  • Using the quest water for hydration. Bring spare drinks or food and keep the three bottles separate.
  • Missing the nearby extraction. The lake exit west of Farmhouse saves time and reduces risk compared to backtracking through camps.

Handled methodically—clear, stash, rotate barns, extract—Water Resources becomes a reliable Warehouse warm‑up with useful gear unlocks for night operations.
