The Everspring Umbrella is a Bamboocut umbrella martial art in Where Winds Meet, added in the 1.4 Hexi update.

How to unlock Everspring Umbrella in South Imperial Garden
Step 1: Travel to South Imperial Garden and go to the top floor of the east tower connected to the main building. Open the chest there before moving on.
Step 2: Move onto the top roof of the main building. A second chest sits on a wooden platform there.
Step 3: From that roof, turn left and drop to the lower roof. You will see an opening that leads into the main building.
Step 4: Drop down one floor and head left. There is a chest directly below you, so collect it first.
Step 5: Cross the room to a wooden platform, then drop to the middle section of the stairs. This sets up the path toward the guard rooms.
Step 6: Go underneath the stairs and head right into a small room. Open the second chest in that room.
Step 7: Eliminate the nearby guard with Touch of Death. He is facing away, which makes this the simplest takedown in the route.
Step 8: Move to the hallway ahead and wait for the patrolling guard to turn his back. Once he does, take him out and keep moving.
Step 9: Before entering the next room on the right, hide behind the small wooden table. Wait for the patrolling guard inside to turn away, then eliminate him.
Step 10: Enter the adjacent room and drop to the floor below. This is the final approach to the martial art.
Step 11: Use the narrow wooden planks to cross the room, then stand on the blue circle on top of the bookshelf and steal the martial art. That interaction unlocks Everspring Umbrella.
How to know Everspring Umbrella unlocked
The unlock is complete when the theft interaction succeeds, and the martial art is added to your martial arts list. If you use the sect route, it unlocks once Hollow Vale membership and its required conditions are fulfilled.
Why the South Imperial Garden route fails

The weapon is built around a clear burst window. Scarlet Spin opens Flower Burial, Dreamwrought Bubbles creates the Phantom Umbrella that powers your movement tricks, and Cyclone Waltz groups enemies while letting you reposition.
If you want a matching weapon setup after the unlock, Everspring Umbrella pairs naturally with Unfettered Rope Dart. Umbrella handles mid-range pressure and enemy grouping, while Rope Dart takes over for close-range burst.
If you are using the theft route, the only part that really matters is reaching the bookshelf and stealing the martial art without losing control of the guard path. Once that interaction lands, Everspring Umbrella is yours.
