February 13 — Elsa Bloodstone and Launch-Day Events

Elsa Bloodstone is a Duelist whose cooldowns accelerate as she deals damage. She can deploy traps and summon monsters mid-fight, giving her a kit that rewards sustained aggression. Her debut costume, Young Blood, is available in the store with no time limit.

Two events kick off the same day. Citizenship of Monster Kingdom functions as a mini battle pass where Deadpool assumes the role of Monster King. Playing matches earns XP toward rewards, with Squirrel Girl's Red Panda costume available on the free track. Premium pass holders (690 Lattice) can unlock Jeff the Land Shark's Duck Defender and Rocket Raccoon's Giant Panda skins, plus sprays, emojis, and nameplates. The pass runs until March 20.

Wedding Wishes for Mr. & Mrs. X celebrates Gambit and Rogue's wedding with legendary Mr. X and Mrs. X costumes, wedding-themed sprays, emotes, a shared MVP animation, and nameplates. Popping the balloon that contains both wedding costumes automatically opens all remaining balloons for free.

Times Square gets three new activities. The Lion Dance features a performance by Lin Lie, and players can collect red envelopes containing free Units as part of the Spring Festival celebration. Jeff's Lemonade Stand offers unique voiced dialogue from the Land Shark. Love on Parade ties into Valentine's Day on February 14, letting players witness Rogue and Gambit's parade and earn additional Units.

February 20 — New Marauders, Faulty Dream, and the Championship

The pirate-themed New Marauders costume line debuts with skins for Emma Frost and Iron Man. Two new events also arrive: Faulty Dream, which features a Doctor Strange skin, and Twisted Nightmare, which introduces a darker aesthetic that carries through several later costume drops.

The Monster Kingdom Championship is an in-game tournament organized by Deadpool. Open to duos and factions, it offers rewards like Units and a Deadpool-themed nameplate for participants who win matches.

February 27 Through March 13 — Costume Rollout

The remaining weeks are costume-focused. On February 27, Moon Knight gets the Twisted Nightmare look — notably an unmasked design that marks the character's first in-game face reveal — while Phoenix receives the Quiet Council of Krakoa trench coat skin.

March 6 continues both skin lines with Psylocke joining the New Marauders set and Captain America getting a dark, knight-like Twisted Nightmare costume.

The final content drop on March 13 delivers two of the most community-requested skins of the season. The Thing's Fear Itself costume draws from the classic Marvel Comics storyline, while Daredevil receives a blacked-out look inspired by Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, timed to coincide with the show's release window.

Team-Up Ability Changes

Season 6.5 reshuffles several Team-Up Abilities. The Fantastic Four Team-Up (Invisible Woman with Human Torch, Mister Fantastic, and The Thing) has been removed entirely. In its place, a new pairing called Psionic Mayhem links Invisible Woman with Doctor Strange, granting Strange the Psionic Vortex ability.

Three existing Team-Ups expand to include new partners. Elsa Bloodstone joins Mr. Pool's Interdimensional Toy Box alongside Deadpool and Jeff the Land Shark, gaining the Bloodstone's Boombox Bullets ability. The Thing enters the Gamma Charge Team-Up with Hulk and Black Panther, unlocking Gamma Gauntlets. Mister Fantastic connects to the Rocket Network with Rocket Raccoon and Star-Lord, gaining the Fantastic Amplifier ability.

Hero Balance Highlights

The Season 6.5 balance patch touches all three roles. Among Vanguards, Doctor Strange's shield recovery speed drops from 70/s to 60/s, while Rogue gets a faster Fatal Attraction cooldown (17s → 14s) and improved energy conversion on her Defensive Stance. Thor's Hammer Throw now grants 50 Bonus Health on hit, and Venom's base health rises from 650 to 675.

On the Duelist side, several ultimate costs decrease significantly. Wolverine's Last Stand drops from 3,400 to 2,800 energy, Star-Lord's Galactic Legend falls from 3,400 to 3,100, and The Punisher's Final Judgement goes from 3,700 to 3,400. Moon Knight and Phoenix both receive nerfs — Moon Blade's Bonus Max Health drops from 100 to 75, and Phoenix's base health decreases from 275 to 250. Psylocke takes hits to both her damage falloff and ultimate damage. Storm receives a substantial rework to her Weather Control auras, gaining Bonus Health generation under Tornado and cooldown reduction mechanics under Thunder, though her ally damage boost drops from 12% to 8%.

For Strategists, Adam Warlock gains a flight mode (10m/s for up to 4 seconds) and can now hover and attack during Soul Bond. Invisible Woman's Force Physics cooldown increases from 8s to 10s, Loki loses two Mystical Missile charges (12 → 10), and Ultron's Patch drone detach range extends from 30m to 35m.

Season 6.5 spans roughly five weeks before Season 7 arrives on March 20. The bulk of playable content and events lands in the first two weeks, with the back half focused on biweekly costume releases. If early leaks and in-game hints hold, Season 7 is expected to introduce White Fox and Black Cat to the roster — but nothing on that front has been officially confirmed yet.
