How Egg Collecting Works
When you log in during the event, an Easter Basket appears in your inventory. You must equip it to your hotbar before you can pick up any eggs — walking over an egg without the basket equipped does nothing. How to Unlock the Basketback Tortoise Boat
The fifth reward goes beyond simple egg collecting. After gathering all 25 eggs, you need to place each one on its corresponding pedestal scattered around Easter Cove. This triggers the Basketback Tortoise Hunt, a 20-minute fishing window at Easter Cove.
During the hunt, fish at Easter Cove using Marshmallow Chicks bait during clear weather and daytime in the Spring season. If you catch a Basketback Tortoise, return it to the Bloom Bunny to receive the Basketback Tortoise Boat. The hunt does not end early if someone catches one, so the full 20 minutes remain available.
