Bizarre Lineage on Roblox is packed with NPCs scattered across its sprawling map, and since there's no in-game map to help you navigate, tracking them all down can be a real chore. NPCs fall into several distinct categories — quest givers, utility characters, fighting style teachers, sub-ability providers, weapon dealers, and raid starters — and each one serves a specific function in your progression. Press N on your keyboard to activate the NPC finder, which highlights nearby characters and makes the search considerably less painful.
Quick answer: There are over 40 NPCs in Bizarre Lineage. They handle everything from main storyline quests and side missions to teaching fighting styles, granting sub-abilities like Cyborg or Vampire, selling items, crafting gear, managing Prestige, and launching raids.

Quest NPCs in Bizarre Lineage
Quest NPCs are the backbone of progression. Main storyline quests must be completed in order — if you try to skip ahead, the NPC will refuse to cooperate. Side quests can be picked up independently and typically reward 5,000 EXP or a Rare Chest on completion.
| NPC | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Jotaro Kujo | Gives you the very first main storyline quest | In front of Jojo's Bizarre Gym |
| Shozuki | The Fool I quest — rewards 5k EXP and a Rare Chest | Across from Jojo's Bizarre Gym near Bus Stop 2, by a fence |
| Joseph | Multiple main storyline quest parts | Bus Stop 2, inside the building on the left |
| Josuke Higashikata | Fights you after Joseph sends you to him; rewards a Stand Arrow, EXP, and a Rare Chest | Bus Stop 3, left toward the park with a pond — he's at a dojo entrance with the letter M on the roof |
| Koichi Hirose | Storyline 3 quest | From Bus Stop 2, go right to the overpass |
| Mr. Rengatei | Main quest giver | In front of the Rengatei restaurant, diagonally from Morioh Station, straight from Bus Stop 1 |
| Tonio Trussardi | Part of Mr. Rengatei's recipe quest | Inside Cafe de Maigot |
| Lowly Thief | Main quest; sends you to Mr. Rengatei on completion | Southwest of Bus Stop 5, on a higher platform behind a flowerpot |

| Shigechi | Multiple main storyline quests with varied rewards | Southeast of Bus Stop 2 (follow the compass) |
| Okuyasu Nijimura | You fight him multiple times as part of the storyline | Right of Bus Stop 4 |

| Shadowy Figure | Quest called "Retribution" | North of Bus Stop 18, through a fenced door on the right side of the cemetery |

| Speedwagon Scientist | Quest "The Shadows of Progress 1" | Past Jean Pierre, up the hill |

Fighting Style NPCs
Three fighting styles are available in Bizarre Lineage, each taught by a dedicated NPC. Fighting styles focus on melee damage and come with their own quest chains that let you upgrade the style once completed. The storyline will eventually direct you to these NPCs, but you can seek them out early if you want to plan ahead.
| NPC | Style Taught | Moves | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Boxing Coach | Boxing | White Fang, Liver Crusher, Dempsey Roll | Top floor of Jojo's Bizarre Gym (Bus Stop 2) |
| Karate Sensei | Karate | Sixth Massacre, Seiken Barrage, Tatsumaki | Bus Stop 3, left toward the park — leaning against a wall |
| Samurai Master | Kendo | Whirlwind, Silent Edge, Rising Tempest | Inside Kame Yu Market, near Bus Stop 4 |

Sub-Ability NPCs
Sub-abilities grant unique active skills and passive bonuses that complement your Stand. Each sub-ability has three moves and a distinct passive effect. Unlike fighting styles, some sub-abilities are obtained through items rather than NPCs directly.
| Sub-Ability | How to Get It | Passive Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Hamon (The Ripple) | Talk to the Ancient Ghost near Bus Stop 5 (also referenced near Bus Stop 13) | Passive HP regeneration |
| Cyborg | Rudol von Stroheim — behind Bus Stop 3, near two wooden park benches | +15% Defense |
| Vampire | Use the Vampire Mask item (the Elder Vampire NPC is located in the castle near Bus Stop 15 but does not currently give quests) | Passive HP regeneration |
Rudol von Stroheim also starts the quest "Half Human Half Machine" when he converts you into a Cyborg. The Elder Vampire, found inside the castle on the hill with a skull-and-horns landmark visible from Bus Stop 15, currently has no active quest — he simply tells you it's "not time yet."

Utility and Service NPCs
These NPCs handle crafting, shopping, fast travel, titles, prestige, and other non-combat functions. Some of them only greet you for now, but may gain functionality in future updates.
| NPC | What They Do | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Rhett | Fast travel — interact at any Bus Stop to teleport elsewhere | Every Bus Stop |
| Rahaj | Opens the Money Store where you can buy items or pawn (sell) your gear | Inside the Convenience Star shop |
| Gupta | Crafting NPC — craft Common, Rare, and Legendary Chests plus the Plank Skateboard | Multiple spots, including Bus Stop 1 (left of Morioh Station) and Kame Yu Market |
| Saitama | View your unlocked Titles | Entrance of Morioh Station |
| Arch Mage | Handles Prestige — requires Level 50 and 10,000 Cash | Inside the Hospital behind Bus Stop 10 |
| Pucci | Requires Prestige 1 to interact; tied to the Made in Heaven quest chain | Bus Stop 18, inside the chapel in the graveyard (left room) |
| DETERMINATION | Gives multiple challenges that grant buffs and stats | Along the beach, near a swirling light |
| Bruford | Can give you the sword "Luck and Pluck" — requires Prestige 1 | Northeast of Bus Stop 17, in a cave at the island's edge |
| Reina | Dialogue and lore about an ominous figure | In front of Cafe de Maigot, near Bus Stop 1 |
| Masuyo | Dialogue and lore about an ominous figure | In front of the Rengatei restaurant |
| Banker | Currently just greets you | Across Bus Stop 13, in front of the Bank |
| Gym Owner | Greets you at the front desk — no function yet | Inside Jojo's Bizarre Gym |

Raid NPCs
Raids are instanced encounters that drop Lucky Arrows, accessories, and other valuable loot. Each raid NPC lets you either start the raid or browse the Raid Shop. Raids are rated based on your performance, so teaming up with other players is strongly recommended.
| NPC | Raid | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Yoshikage Kira | Yoshikage Raid + Raid Shop | Left of Morioh Station, behind a tree near the parking spots |
| Chumbo | Jotaro Kujo Raid + Raid Shop | Left side of Jojo's Bizarre Gym, at the side entrance |
| Muhammad Avdol | Muhammad Avdol Raid + Raid Shop | Bus Stop 14, go southwest then left toward the beach |
Prestige and the Arch Mage
You can Prestige up to three times in Bizarre Lineage. Each Prestige level grants five Prestige points and one free Stand Storage slot. The Arch Mage inside TC Hospital (behind Bus Stop 10) handles the entire process. You need to hit the max level and carry 10,000 Cash before he'll let you Prestige. Prestige points can be spent at his shop on exclusive items like Stand Stat Essences and Personality Essences.

Bizarre Lineage's NPC roster is still growing — some characters like the Banker and Gym Owner currently serve no mechanical purpose but may gain functionality in later updates. The game's built-in storyline will naturally guide you to most of these NPCs as you level up, but knowing their locations ahead of time saves a lot of aimless wandering across Morioh Cho.
