Bridger Western on Roblox doesn't hold your hand. You spawn at the Grand Hotel in Ridge B. County with no quest markers, no minimap icons, and very little direction. The NPCs scattered across the map are your lifeline for weapons, horses, cosmetics, quests, and storage — but finding them means knowing exactly which building to walk into and what each character actually does.
Quick answer: Most essential NPCs are clustered in Ridge B. County within walking distance of the Grand Hotel spawn point. The Outlaw Hideout holds a second weapon dealer and horse seller, while the Swamp and Forest Railway Station house the Mud Witch and Fisherman, respectively.

Gun Store NPC (Chia) — Moe's Guns, Ridge B. County
The primary weapon shop sits directly across the street from the Grand Hotel spawn point inside a building labeled "Moe's Guns." The NPC inside — named Chia — sells the widest selection of firearms and melee weapons in the game. This is where you'll spend most of your early Moola.
| Item | Price (Moola) |

| Taurus .357 | 129 |
| Schofield 6 | 350 |
| Whitney Dragoon | 499 |
| Dual Derringers | 250 |

| Winchester Repeater | 800 |

| Ammo Pack | 5 |
| Silver Ammo Pack | 70 |

Outlaw Camp Dealer (Jim / Old Man NPC) — Outlaw Hideout
A second weapon vendor sits on a wooden log next to a campfire, just to the right of the Outlaw Hideout's main entrance. Jim — sometimes called the Old Man NPC — carries exclusive items you won't find at Moe's Guns, including throwables like Dynamite, Molotovs, Smoke Bombs, and Throwing Knives.
| Item | Price (Moola) |
|---|---|
| Colt Ocelot | 550 |
| Double-Barreled Shotgun | 5 |
| Dynamite | — |
| Molotov | — |
| Smoke Bomb | — |
| Throwing Knife | — |
| Steel Wireset | 350 |
| Ammo Pack | 5 |

General Store NPC — Coyote General Store, Ridge B. County
Exit the Grand Hotel and turn left to find the Coyote General Store. The NPC inside sells utility items and cosmetics that are easy to overlook but surprisingly useful. The Lasso, Lantern, and Coin Trick all come from here.
| Item | Price (Moola) |
|---|---|
| Lasso | 150 |
| Poncho | 250 |
| Cowboy Hat | 125 |
| Lantern | 80 |
| Coin Trick | 125 |

Banker NPC — Bank, Ridge B. County
From the Grand Hotel, follow the street to your right to reach the Bank building. The Banker NPC gives you access to a personal storage space where you can deposit weapons and utility items from your inventory. This frees up carry slots and protects gear you don't want to risk losing during combat or PvP encounters.

Tailor NPC — Tailor Building, Ridge B. County
The Tailor Building is near Moe's Guns — look across toward the Brew Hill Saloon, and you'll spot it in the right corner. The Tailor lets you reroll cosmetic clothing for Moola. These changes are purely visual and don't affect stats.
| Reroll Option | Cost (Moola) |
|---|---|
| Shirt | 15 |
| Pants | 15 |
| Accessory | 30 |

Barber NPC — Barber Shop, Ridge B. County
The barber shop is identifiable by a large white scissor sign on the front of the building. From the Coyote General Store, follow the street to the right and continue to the end — the barber shop will be on your left. Like the Tailor, the Barber only changes appearance.
| Reroll Option | Cost (Moola) |
|---|---|
| Hair Style | 25 |
| Hair Color | 15 |

Horse Seller NPCs — Ridge B. County and Outlaw Hideout
There are two separate Horse Seller NPCs. The first stands inside the horse stable shed to the right of the Tailor Shop in Ridge B. County. The second is at the base of a wooden cottage inside the Outlaw Hideout. Both work the same way: you pay Moola for a random horse, and you can reroll for a different one at 20 Moola per spin.
Horses vary in speed and stamina depending on their tier. Aim for horses rated above 800 for noticeably better movement across the map.

Flint (Blacksmith / Can Quests NPC) — Bridge Near Ridge B. County
From the Grand Hotel, walk toward the railway station. Cross the tracks and you'll see a bridge directly ahead. Flint waits on the other side. He serves two purposes: he gives you repeatable Can Quests that reward Moola and EXP, and he can polish Rusted Mare's Legs into usable weapons for 1,500 Moola. The polished Mare's Legs are sent directly to your Bank Storage after the process completes.
Rusted Mare's Legs can be found while fishing — they're a rare catch rather than a purchased item.

Fisherman NPC — Tackle Bait Shop, Forest Railway Station
Head behind the Forest Railway Station to find the Tackle Bait Shop. The Fisherman NPC inside sells the Fishing Rod (150 Moola) and Bait (15 Moola). You can also sell any fish you catch back to this NPC for Moola, making fishing a reliable income source once you have the rod.

Mud Witch — Swamp Hut
The Mud Witch is arguably the most important NPC in Bridger Western. She's located inside a small hut with a cauldron in the central area of the Swamp. Interacting with the cauldron lets you obtain Cards — equippable items that grant passive bonuses.
If you bring her a Dogbane Herb, she offers three additional options: reduce your character's age, exchange the herb for Moola (up to 2,500), or remove your current Stand. The Stand removal option is the only way to clear an equipped Stand, so the Mud Witch is essential if you roll something you don't want.

Red Corner Fight Club and Spawn Point NPCs
Two additional NPCs round out the roster. The Red Corner Fight Club is a PvP arena where you step onto a mat and wait for an opponent. No guns or utilities are allowed — it's a pure melee duel. Losing costs you 300 Moola, so don't enter unless you're confident in your combat ability.
Spawn Point NPCs let you choose your respawn location. The two main options are the Grand Hotel in Ridge B. County and Outlaw Hills. Setting your spawn point strategically saves significant travel time, especially if you're farming a specific NPC or quest repeatedly.
Bridger Western keeps its NPC roster compact but purposeful. Nearly everything you need for progression — weapons, quests, horses, storage, and Cards — funnels through these characters. Memorizing their locations early saves you from wandering the map aimlessly and lets you focus on earning Moola and building out your loadout.
