Bizarre Lineage scatters dozens of NPCs across its sprawling Morioh Cho map, and the game doesn't give you a traditional minimap to find them. Pressing N on your keyboard toggles location markers for nearby NPCs, mission boards, and points of interest, which helps — but knowing exactly which bus stop to teleport to and which direction to walk saves enormous amounts of time. Below is every confirmed NPC, organized by role, along with their precise locations.
Quick answer: Use the bus stop fast-travel system (interact with Rhett at any bus stop) and press N to reveal NPC markers. Quest NPCs must be completed in storyline order; skipping ahead won't work.

Storyline and Side Quest NPCs
Storyline quests in Bizarre Lineage are sequential. If you try to interact with a later NPC before finishing the previous step, they'll refuse to cooperate. Side quests, marked separately, can be picked up at any time and typically reward 5,000 EXP or a chest.
| NPC | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Jotaro Kujo | First main storyline quest | In front of Jojo's Bizarre Gym |
| Shozuki | The Fool I quest (5k EXP + Rare Chest) | Across from Jojo's Bizarre Gym near Bus Stop 2, by a fence |
| Tonio Trussardi | Part of Mr. Rengatei's recipe quest | Inside Cafe de Maigot |
| Mr. Rengatei | Main quest giver | In front of Rengatei restaurant, straight ahead from Bus Stop 1 |

| Gardner Gwen | Garden of Secrets questline | Behind the flower garden wall near the bank entrance |
| Shigechi | Multiple main storyline quests | Southeast of Bus Stop 2 (follow the compass) |
| Josuke Higashikata | Fight him for a Stand Arrow, EXP, and Rare Chest | Bus Stop 3, go left to the park with a pond — he's at the dojo entrance with an "M" on the roof |
| Lowly Thief | Main quest, sends you to Mr. Rengatei | Southwest of Bus Stop 5, on a higher platform behind a flowerpot |
| Rohan Kishibe | Main quest (rewards EXP + camera) | Bus Stop 6, left side near a brick wall |

| Geordie Greep | New Sound side quest (spawns Zombies) | Bus Stop 10, middle of the park |
| Kaiser | Internal Conjuration side quest | Behind Bus Stop 4, at the T intersection |
| Shadowy Figure | Retribution quest | North of Bus Stop 18, through a fenced door on the right side of the cemetery |
| Jean Pierre Polnareff | Mr. Pink quest | Straight ahead from Bus Stop 18 |
| Speedwagon Scientist | The Shadows of Progress 1 quest | Past Jean Pierre, jump up the hill |
| Elder Vampire | No quests currently active | Bus Stop 15 — look behind you for a hill with a skull-and-horns landmark and a castle |

Fighting Style NPCs
Three fighting styles are available at launch, each taught by a dedicated NPC. Learning a style also opens up upgrade quests tied to that NPC. Fighting styles focus on melee damage and complement your Stand and Sub-Abilities.
| NPC | Style | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Boxing Coach | Boxing | Top floor of Jojo's Bizarre Gym (Bus Stop 2 area) |
| Samurai Master | Kendo | Inside Kame Yu Market, near Bus Stop 4 |
| Karate Sensei | Karate | Bus Stop 3, go left to the park with a pond — leaning against a wall |

Sub-Ability NPCs
Sub-Abilities grant passive bonuses and three unique active skills. Unlike fighting styles, some Sub-Abilities require items rather than NPC interactions.
| Sub-Ability | How to Get It | Passive Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Hamon | Talk to the Ancient Ghost near Bus Stop 5 (or Bus Stop 13 area) to start the Ripple questline | Passive HP regeneration |
| Cyborg | Talk to Rudol von Stroheim behind Bus Stop 3 | +15% Defense |
| Vampire | Use a Vampire Mask item (can also speak to the Elder Vampire near Bus Stop 15's castle) | Passive HP regeneration |
Raid NPCs
Raids are instanced encounters that teleport you into a separate zone. They vary in structure — some pit you against waves of enemies before a boss, while others drop you straight into a boss fight. Your performance is rated, and teaming up with other players is strongly recommended for harder raids like Kira and Dio.
| NPC | Raid | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Yoshikage Kira | Yoshikage Raid + Raid Shop | Left of Morioh Station, behind a tree near the parking spots |
| Chumbo | Jotaro Kujo Raid + Raid Shop | Left side of Jojo's Bizarre Gym, at the side entrance |
| Muhammad Avdol | Muhammad Avdol Raid + Raid Shop | Bus Stop 14, go southwest and then left toward the beach |

Utility and Service NPCs
Not every NPC hands out quests. Several serve critical utility functions like crafting, shopping, prestige, and fast travel. Skipping these can slow your progression significantly.
| NPC | Function | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Rhett | Bus stop teleportation | Every bus stop on the map |
| Gupta | Crafting (chests, Plank Skateboard) | Multiple spots — Bus Stop 1 (left of Morioh Station) and Kame Yu Market |
| Rahaj | Money Store (buy items or pawn yours) | Inside the Convenience Star shop |
| Saitama | View unlocked Titles | Entrance of Morioh Station |
| Arch Mage | Prestige (requires Level 50 + 10,000 Cash) | Inside the Hospital behind Bus Stop 10 |
| Pucci | Requires Prestige 1 to interact | Bus Stop 18, go straight to the chapel in the graveyard, left room inside |
| DETERMINATION | Multiple challenge quests | Along the beach, look for a swirling light in the distance |
| Bruford | Weapon NPC (Luck and Pluck sword, requires Prestige 1) | Northeast of Bus Stop 17, at the island's edge — turn around to find a cave |
| Banker | Greeting only (for now) | Across Bus Stop 13, in front of the Bank |
| Gym Owner | Greeting only (for now) | Inside Jojo's Bizarre Gym at the front desk |
| Reina | Lore dialogue | In front of Cafe de Maigot, near Bus Stop 1 |
| Masuyo | Lore dialogue | In front of the Rengatei restaurant |

Weapon NPCs
Weapons provide an alternative damage source alongside Stands and fighting styles. Two weapon NPCs have confirmed locations, while a third — Miyamoto Musashi, who reportedly offers the Odachi — does not have a verified spawn point yet.
Bruford is found in a cave northeast of Bus Stop 17 and offers the Luck and Pluck sword, though you need at least Prestige 1. The Mafia Boss at Bus Stop 16 near the docks can give you a hammer weapon, but you must be a Mafia gang member to interact with him.
Tips for Finding NPCs Faster
The N key is your best friend. Pressing it overlays markers for nearby NPCs, mission boards, and key locations. You can toggle categories on and off by pressing N again. Combine this with bus stop teleportation to quickly scan different areas of the map without running everywhere.
Crafting a Plank Skateboard through Gupta dramatically speeds up overworld travel. The materials come from opening chests earned through quests and world events, so you should have enough fairly early in your playthrough. Press B to mount it once crafted.
The NPC roster in Bizarre Lineage is still growing as the game receives updates. Some NPCs like the Banker and Gym Owner currently only offer greeting dialogue, which suggests they may gain functionality in future patches. Keep checking back at familiar locations — new interactions could appear at any time.
